Buy a Belji x50 car at a showroom in Novopolotsk. Solon's managers advised us very coolly. Thank you so much to Dmitry, Ekaterina, and Egor. People are really in their place, rooting for every customer. We had problems with issuing loans at the bank. Dmitry, the senior manager, called the bank himself and settled all the issues. The next day, we arrived in 30 minutes. everyone approved. And hooray for us with a great car. When handing out the car, Dmitry again told me everything about the car down to the last boat... The level of remote customer service leaves much to be desired. Why do we need buttons on the site "leave a request for consultation / test drive /trade-in - our specialist will contact you" if it does not work? The specialist will not contact you. As it turned out later, the application for a test drive was probably shoved into a back drawer, because when we called the salon ourselves, it turned out that the desired model was not available. Calling a potential client and explaining the situation is probably too difficult a task.
