A disgusting and dubious company. Firstly, the work schedule of the accident office ends at 17:30, although the general working time is until 20:00. Secondly, when assessing damage, the appraiser tries to reduce the list of damaged items. Literally, you almost have to poke your nose. Thirdly, the amount of compensation is much less than the repair costs. They justify this by saying that "the car is not new." So, the employees who make repairs, they don't care if it's new or not, they take money purely for the work done!!! Fourth! Why such an insurance policy? Why pay them at all, why insure anything at all, if this organization generally spoils the face and authority of insurance organizations?
