I waited in line for an hour. When I arrived, the clients were already sitting with the policyholder, I was next, I thought I would sit for 10 minutes. First, they insured the dog, it took 20 minutes, we talked about which dogs their dog was playing with and which ones he was fighting with, then the clients remembered that they also needed to insure the car, well, then I thought for 5 minutes and I would go, but no, somehow the topic turned to apartment insurance, which they had already done and how the neighbor stopped telling them that they were leaking when he found out about the insurance, and how the seagulls had shat all over the windowsill, and that these were not sea gulls, but some other ones and they were called something else and a lot more. I was already thinking about going to swear, but then the customers suddenly decided to leave, but I think the policyholder wanted to chat more, why serve others if you can have a nice conversation. Yufereva was apparently so impressed with the dog that when she was already filling out my insurance, she did not enter the apartment number in the registration address. But it's worth noting that she spent literally 5 minutes on all the actions with me. Thanks for waiting.
