Disgusting insurance company. Incompetent employees who do not even know what poles the client has, and do not understand the difference between a medical policy and an accident insurance policy!!! They can only remember about the client in one case, if they did not see the next payment on the account! Emails are sent with your personal information and all your personal data to addresses that are not yours at all, and this is normal for them. You will not be able to find out about the insurance payment case at all by phone (because you will not get through), you will not receive a letter (because they sent it to an unknown address), they will not send an SMS, or there is nothing in your personal account. And when submitting documents, she generally met a "child" with a dissatisfied face, yelled at me that the application was filled out on the computer, and not by hand with her :)) The 21st century will never come in this organization.

Extremely outraged. The insurance for the apartment was coming to an end. I specifically called and warned them not to insure it. But I still got insurance in November. Today I came home and saw another insurance for the same apartment issued in January.. My apartment is for sale. Now you have to go on a weekend to swear at the Belgosstrakh.

I was very dissatisfied with belgosstrakh. They've been getting out of it for 100 years. My husband died. They sent condolences, instead of insurance, they found a hundred points of justification for not paying the insurance. I have been a customer of Belgosstrakh for more than 15 years. And I pay my insurance premiums every month.

I was here once a year in 2008-09, I issued a car license. There was no queue, the insurance was issued in just 5 minutes. After that, I always take out insurance only at the offices of insurance companies, and not at agents or at the post office or, God forbid, at the bank. Warm, clean, fast!
