The situation with health insurance is simply absurd. I had a referral from a doctor and clear diagnoses, but even the simplest tests began to find fault with me for the most minor reasons. It seems that they are looking for any excuse not to pay for services that should be covered by the policy.
The constant refusals and excuses from scratch were simply infuriating. I feel cheated and neglected as a client.
