It's always difficult to get through.They often mess up with guarantees - they will forget to write something down, or they will send it. And on the phone you hear sighs and aahs constantly and dissatisfied voices. Working with clients is very so-so. You pay money and at the exit it's like in a regular clinic communication. I do not recommend it.

It was necessary to look for another insurance company, otherwise an employee looks at you and can explain nothing, they do everything according to some kind of piece of paper, and as they say for people, only for what... While there is a choice of companies, it is better to search carefully. The approach to people has already completely deteriorated here. And I think if something happens, it's not a fact that the company will generally get involved, only by unsubscribing... I'm upset.

I am extremely disappointed with the work of the Belgosstrakh insurance company! This organization seems to be trying to save as much as possible on its customers and avoid payments in any way. The situation with health insurance is simply absurd. I had a referral from a doctor and clear diagnoses, but even the simplest tests began to find fault with me for the most minor reasons. It seems that they are looking for any excuse not to pay for services that should be covered by the policy. The constant refusals and excuses from scratch were simply infuriating. I feel cheated and neglected as a client. I do not recommend contacting Belgosstrakh if you want to receive adequate service and protection of your rights. It is better to look for another company where customers are appreciated.

At the very last moment, I decided to call Belgosstrakh to ask a question, they face this every day, suddenly they will consult, they said to contact the legal department at the last minute before the end of working hours, the head of this department, Vera Anatolyevna Baranovskaya, answered my question and said that she would instruct her employee to sort out the case materials, and everything happened for tomorrow morning I got a call back from a young man, Yuri Maslenikov, who explained what is supposed to be reimbursed in case of an accident, and what is not, a huge thank you for the human approach and clarification of your rights in such matters, as well as efficiency in the matter!
