But this time, I applied in September, the car was made and had to pay the depreciation cost for the door molding. The statement was written on September 29. No one called until mid-January. I contacted the girl who was involved in my case in Viber with a request to find out if I had been credited with money. The girl did not answer my question, although I wrote to her for three days. Only when I wrote that I would come to sort it out, she called the toyota center and found out when the money would be paid. They promised within a week. I'm waiting

There is something to compare it with.
In the previous one, starting from the parking lot, there is nowhere to put the car, there are some ancient tables in the "office" itself, there are desks like in school, and specialists sit perpendicular to these tables. This picture reminded me of school, when we took exams, and the teachers made sure that no one cheated.
The reception is on a first-come, first-served basis, you fill out the acts yourself, everyone has a lot of questions, the queue has been moving for a long time. Then waiting for a specialist to come out and fix the damage.
Everything is fine here, from the building itself, comfort inside, electronic queue, registration is carried out quickly, and you don't waste a lot of time.

Since the amount was small and there was not enough for repairs, I went to the service station on Ponomarenko, which was included in "their list of service stations ". The manager and the service station said that the repair would be paid in full. Everything was done at the service station according to the appraiser's inspection report. As a result, they returned 220 rubles less, as the appraiser A. Belgosstrakh said, there were related defects on the car and allegedly they put more standard hours on the service station, but preparatory work. It's a shame for such an attitude towards customers.

I am not very happy with the Belgosstrakh report on assessment and compensation after an accident. The accident was not my fault and they counted insurance such that there was not enough money to repair the car. I applied to the official service station, which gave me the address of Belgosstrakh, and they tell me: You pay for repairs with your own money, and then go to Belgosstrakh and demand a refund from them! Belgosstrakh provided insurance for 1300 rubles, and repairs at the service station were estimated at about 4000 rubles. Where can I get that much money and pay for repairs? It's absolutely ridiculous!!! No kidding! What do we pay insurance for when it doesn't reimburse repairs. I put a big minus on Belgosstrakh for evaluating the car

In 2019, there was an accident, an unpleasant event. Unknowingly, she contacted the insurance company of the culprit, i.e. Kolesnikov. The inspection was very long, half was not entered into the protocol, I went for 2 months to prove that I was not a camel and even the conclusion from the traffic police was not a reason for them to pay for the items. Well, okay. That situation passed, after 3 months of my efforts, they still had to pay for the repair of my car in full.
In 2021, in January, I had to contact here again, because the culprit of the accident is a client of this sharashkin office. I applied for payment for treatment by checks. Even after the documents, statements, doctor's reports and treatment recommendations, prescriptions and checks were submitted, they refused to pay in full. As a result, my treatment for 2 months from this insurance amount amounted to 6 rubles 05 kopecks. And the payment will arrive, tadam, after 6 months. 6 months, Carl! Are you serious????? My God, when are you going to close? When will you stop deceiving people? I spent more on gasoline in six months when I went to see you than you covered for my treatment.

In terms of insurance, there is a whole list of the most common damages that are not an insured event (shallow scratches, chips, i.e., in fact, what this type of insurance is used for in normal insurance companies).
