I am informing you of the response I received from Belcomin . 1- The 2-year warranty does not apply to detected defects during the minimum service life (10) years. 2- the proposed repair with welding of the metal rupture is considered temporary, since the structure of the metal is broken , full-fledged repairs are carried out only by replacing the damaged part in the factory . 3-It was agreed that the company's master would leave for inspection and draw up an act of violations of the boiler strapping. no violations have been identified, the act has not been drawn up , and the house is still cold... There are no guarantees for repairs offered by Belcomin service .
