Something needs to be done with the service. 10/23/2024 gas station employees prioritize handing over shifts to their colleagues, not customer service. There is a queue of 10 people. Who needs to refuel, who needs to buy some water. One employee is frying hot dogs, the second is counting pennies at the checkout. When asked to serve customers, the answer is: "You don't see, I consider the cash register, I need to take a shift." Well, serve the accumulated people and give them to your health! What is the priority? Providing services to waiting customers or should I take a shift and leave as soon as possible? Especially in the evening, and here customers do not travel in droves around the clock. To stand behind a working cash register and let people go - no. Let them stand and wait.
Result. Nothing has changed after the customer outrage. He stood, looked at this circus again, returned the goods to the shelves and left.
Dear managers of this gas station chain, set the right priorities for employees working in the service sector.

I visited a gas station and was satisfied with the level of service. The staff was polite and helpful, gladly answered all questions and helped me choose the right type of fuel, taking into account the characteristics of my car. Refueling took place quickly and without problems, the station is equipped with modern, easily controlled speakers, which greatly simplifies the process. The only drawback is somewhat high prices compared to other gas stations, but the quality of fuel and the level of service justify this disadvantage. I was also pleased with the cleanliness and order on the territory: parking spaces are conveniently located, there is a coffee shop where you can have a snack. Overall, a wonderful experience, rated 4 out of 5. I recommend this gas station to anyone who appreciates the time and quality of service.
