Сегодня заехал на эту АЗС заправиться. Перед первой и третьей колонками уже были очереди, а вторая и четвертая были свободны. Поскольку времени было мало, я развернулся и подъехал к четвертой колонке. Да, такой маневр мог потребовать немного сдать назад, если бы за мной подъехала следующая машина, но никому я не помешал и спокойно заправил полный бак. Когда вернулся оплачивать топливо, сотрудница из соседней закрытой кассы заявила, что больше меня здесь заправлять не будут, потому что я якобы грубо нарушил правила движения по территории АЗС. Если правила действительно были нарушены — их можно спокойно объяснить, сделать замечание или предупредить. Но объявлять клиенту пожизненный запрет на обслуживание без каких-либо полномочий — это уже перебор. Больше всего разочаровало даже не замечание, а хамский тон и демонстративное отношение. Вместо нормального общения мне просто испортили настроение. Очень неприятный опыт. В следующий раз предпочту заправиться там, где к клиентам относятся с уважением.
