The service is generally normal, but there is a question about the employment of staff, very often I encounter a situation of long waiting (about 15 minutes or more) due to the crowding of staff at the cash registers, but only one cash register is open, sometimes they are divided as follows: one cash register for hot dogs and groceries, the second for fuel. This option is already better than when one cashier is working and as soon as someone orders a conditional bun, everyone has to wait for this person, in which case the cashier is not to blame, but what are other employees doing at this moment?

We stopped at the gas station at 10 a.m. on January 22 and had an unpleasant impression of the service (which was not the case before, and I am a frequent visitor at this gas station). If I'm not mistaken, the cashier's name was Olga. She took the order while talking on the phone, which made her listen inattentively and then ask twice, then hit the wrong hot dog (pork instead of chicken). All this was accompanied by a displeased expression on her face, as if we "owed" her. There are no questions about the food and coffee itself, but please take action regarding this employee and explain what customer service is.
