She took the order while talking on the phone, which made her listen inattentively and then ask twice, then hit the wrong hot dog (pork instead of chicken). All this was accompanied by a displeased expression on her face, as if we "owed" her. There are no questions about the food and coffee itself, but please take action regarding this employee and explain what customer service is.
