Disgusting service. I wanted to purchase water and an energy drink through a self-service checkout. The terminal has requested a staff call to confirm the age. The staff standing at the checkout did not react for several minutes while watching me. And after my request to come over, they told me to go to the checkout, to the queue. I use the terminal to avoid queuing, but they offer me the opposite. It's absurd.
