I didn't hear any dissatisfaction or a fine for being half an hour late, on the contrary, I was encouraged in the spirit of "it's okay, everything happens." When I brought the documents, the cashier Antonovich Inna Valentinovna (yes, I asked the full name of the people I contacted to write a thank you) quickly and with a pleasant smile accepted the papers, and Alexander Novik quickly accepted the trailer, while listening attentively to my grumblings about the small technical nuances of the trailer. Which, by the way, he promised to hand over for correction. I am not in the habit of advising, but I would be grateful if the manager could get at least symbolic bonuses for the employees of this gas station.
