It is very difficult to send a parcel in this department - they come up with non-existent requirements. They stated that they do not accept boxes with traces of adhesive tape from other organizations (there was a box of SDEC with their tape), they need to remove it. In another department, the same box with the same tape was accepted without any problems. I have not found any documentary evidence of such requirements. And this case is not an isolated one.
