I use it often to send correspondence. The staff always tried to help me choose the best option. Everything is in a calm atmosphere, even if there is a queue.

There are NEVER any complaints about the work of specialists, but why doesn't MAIL make SENDING a priority?/RECEIVING parcels and letters?!We don't seem to live in a village, there are banks and information kiosks for payment, but queues at the post office are created from scratch!There must be priorities.and this is a question for the MANAGEMENT!
