There are NEVER any complaints about the work of specialists, but why doesn't MAIL make SENDING a priority?/RECEIVING parcels and letters?!We don't seem to live in a village, there are banks and information kiosks for payment, but queues at the post office are created from scratch!There must be priorities.and this is a question for the MANAGEMENT!

They have changed a lot over the last year or two (for the better). We made repairs, updated the furniture, an electronic queue appeared, the employees are friendly, polite, but periodically strict :) There are usually no queues, except when there are sales on aliexpress, ozon, etc. and everyone is starting to receive parcels en masse.
