Thank you so much for the tour to Europe! It was great!!! Everything is at the highest level! The drivers are just pilots, they maneuvered so steeply among the narrow streets, rolled along the route so easily, it was very comfortable, calm and safe to drive, despite thousands of kilometers of road in one breath! Our guide Olga is simply magical! The whole bus idolized her the whole route! She did everything so clearly and professionally, she always kept everything under control, was responsible for every nuance! Special thanks for the current movies and music that made it even easier to go! Excellent excursions, excellent accompaniment, the points of disembarkation and boarding the bus are clearly indicated in each city, which made it 100% easier to take some of your walks in your free time! 5 countries, 8 cities, a million gorgeous photos, new emotions and vivid impressions! Thank you so much for this summer trip!!!

We went on a tour of Spain through Paris for 14 days in June 2024, in general, pleasant impressions, safe driving, a very positive and pleasant guide Irina, all issues were resolved quickly, we crossed the border to Europe in 12 hours, and back in 6.5 hours. Things at the border were not carefully checked, so everyone managed to get everything through.
There are many additional excursions, costing 10-30€. We saw all the countries and cities according to the program, and even went to Krakow in addition. Everything is fine in transit hotels in Europe, the only thing that spoiled the impression was the hotel in Spain, where we were the longest. Old furniture, heavy air, no triple rooms, the third bed was put in a double room, because of this there were almost no passages in the room at all, a refrigerator and a safe are not included in the price, there is no food, you need to go to a nearby hotel. Therefore, a great wish for the travel agency is to change the hotel.
It is better to buy seats on the bus, otherwise you may get seats in the back, it is impossible to sit there, the roads are long, the seats in the back do not unfold. The previous rows lay out the seats to the maximum and it is impossible to even climb into the back seats normally, let alone sit or sleep. Therefore, the back seats should not be given to anyone at all, I think!
We also expected that we would have full days in each country. But no, we were not warned. We had only 2 hours in Berlin, 1.5 hours in Nice, 1 hour in Monaco, 1.5 hours in Girona. And during this time, it's hard to even take a photo calmly, let alone see the city (There were more hours in Paris, Venice and Spain. The rest of the cities did not have time to really look at them.
A moment with excursions, in Paris, Montmarte, Monaco, everyone is dropped off in one place, those who paid for excursions and those who did not. And as a result, almost everyone who didn't pay went for a paid group for free and watched the same views. The travel agency needs to monitor this more.
There were enough stops on the road, movies were included on the bus, the guide gave us the lyrics of a French song, karaoke was sung, there was a column, it was fun👍The third part of the bus was young people and children.
The drivers are cheerful, thanks to them for the safety and comfortable road, the air conditioners and usb work well.
Very clean beach and water in Lorret De Mar. There is a lot of space, a beautiful youth town. There are small pebbles on the beach, the water sucks in the legs and there is a small cliff to the water. The depth is sharp, there is no gradual entry into the water.
The organization of everything was clear, quick check-in to hotels.
We had a full 6 days at sea. Two of which went on excursions.
Will I go anywhere else with this company? Yes! There are more pros than cons. As a quick acquaintance and country overview, the tour is suitable. Will I go on the same tour to Spain again? No. The second time only on its own, in order to properly explore the cities and book a good hotel in Spain.

I went on a tour of Scandinavia with Beltourism Europe at the end of May. The tour is just great. In 8 days you can visit many countries and cities (Riga, Tallinn, Stockholm, Oslo, Flom, Copenhagen, Malmo), see diverse nature, use different types of transport (bus, liner from Tallinn to Stockholm, railway on the fjords, water minibuses in Oslo and Copenhagen, boat on the fjords, ferry from Denmark to Germany). Of course, emotions are off the scale from this! I recommend it!
But the implementation of the tour leaves much to be desired, especially the escort ....
Sanitary stops and meals are not thought out, especially in Latvia and Sweden. We were told that this tour is the first in the last 5 years, but guys, you can't do that. A bus of about 50 people is brought to the gas station with 1 toilet!!!! and they give you 10 minutes!!!! Or messing around a bunch of gas stations, where the doors are closed in front of us ((It's the tour operator's question to think through such moments.
Yes, there are 2 night crossings. Not everyone can stand it. But in principle, it is tolerable. And again, the issue of sanitary stops. Before the overnight move, and after it (before visiting the next city), you want to at least wash and brush your teeth, and all the ladies (and there are always most of them) at least change their clothes. But it's not thought out!!! Every time we begged for these stops and this time((((
The bus is not the most convenient, the distance between the seats is small, there is no wi-fi, there is no water for tourists, there is no toilet inside. And before each night crossing, the bus must be defended for 9 hours. During the entire bus ride, we were shown 3 films: Atlas fantasy, Kinkong vs Godzilla and the Sword of the King. The latter talks about Denmark, there are no questions. What determines the choice of the first two is unclear, and most of the pensioners on the bus are unlikely to be interested in such films
Hotels: near Oslo, in Malmo – good, in Riga – normal, in Poland – terrible.
On the liner: 4-person cabins, very small, like a compartment on a train. Shower, toilet, air conditioning in the cabin – excellent.
Excursions. The cost for sightseeing tours is 20 euros. It is not clear why the cost is so high (there were sightseeing tours in Italy in March – 15 euros). At the same time, the headset is not included in the price of excursions ((Riga is a wonderful guide, she conducted everything, told, showed, joked, made a very pleasant impression. Stockholm is a storyteller guide who lulled the bus to sleep with her voice. At the same time, the tour was a bus with several stops. Oslo is a good guide. Copenhagen may be a good guide, but the tour takes 50 minutes, it's sad. When the bus began to protest why there was no tour of Tallinn, Marina offered to conduct it herself, thanks to her for that. We were taken around the city and told a minimal story.
At the beginning of the trip, excursions were offered to everyone, including along the Ehresund Bridge (from Sweden to Denmark) for 8 euros per person. Everything is fine, everyone agreed. When asked to tell us about this bridge, the maintainer suggested using Google to search for information. As a result, one of the tourists read the information from Google for the entire bus (Sarah, thank you for that). But the peculiarity is that we drove over this bridge 2 more times, because the hotel was located on the territory of Sweden in Malmo. The point???
We did not take many excursions and walked around the cities on our own, but some tourists were outraged that the time was not thought out, especially in Stockholm, when we were brought to the center at 13-00 and we had to walk until 22-00, museums close at 16-00, shops open until 18-00.
Now about the rest of the support. We had a girlfriend, Marina. We have never had a worse escort in our lives. For the first half of the trip, the man refused to talk to people, snapped at every question. You ask a question, they ignore you. I gave the information in a viber chat, while there was no wi-fi on the bus..... There is no organization. Endless accusations from all tourists that everyone is late because of them... The bus stops, there is no information from the attendant why we stopped, how long we will stand, what and where it is. At the same time, the microphone on the bus was working properly, it was simply not used. If you expect that during the trip you will be told something about your country of residence, then do not even count on it.
I would also like to note that I had a birthday during the tour. Of course, I did not receive congratulations from representatives of Beltourism Europe in the person of an escort. But why couldn't you say that if you inform the information center on the liner that it's your birthday, then the staff of the liner will congratulate you during the evening program??? It's very insulting(((

We went on a tour in Spain via Amsterdam in September and were satisfied. Excellent content of the tour with interesting cities, each is given free time. There is also an opportunity to visit additional excursions to other cities nearby. The time on the trip was very well distributed with optimal allocation of time for the main tour and free time, we always arrived in the cities on time when everything was open. We quickly crossed the border in both directions, there were good transit hotels, excellent guides in the cities. I would also like to thank the guide Natalia, who accompanied us during the entire trip, wisely managed time and gave good recommendations on what is worth visiting or trying in a particular country and city; drivers for high-quality and comfortable driving and manager Oksana for help and competent advice on all issues at any stage. Excellent services for a good price!

A wonderful journey through the countries of Scandinavia.
We went to Greece with Beltourism last year, we really liked it. And this year we picked up an interesting tour of the northern capitals and the divine fjords. The whole tour was very informative and very eventful. Thanks in large part to Natalia's guide. She gave us a lot of interesting facts about the cities visited. And what I really liked was that before visiting a certain city, we watched a program on the bus about the sights that we would see. For example, Heads and Tails.
I really liked all the cities where we were. Well, the fjords are amazing. What kind of air is there!
The guides as a whole also coped well with their work, they conducted sightseeing tours in an interesting way.
I can't even say what I liked more. Each of the cities is good and beautiful in its own way. I enjoyed sailing on the Baltic waves on a cruise ship. There were a lot of different kinds of entertainment there.
So we were very pleased with our trip.
Well, I would like to say a big thank you, Beltourism, for organizing such a tour!
Prosperity to you and good luck!

Thank you very much for the Spain tour through Paris.we were in September 2024. the tour is very eventful and everything is organized very well. The accompanying Irina is a professional in her field.I solved all issues with any tourist in a competent and timely manner and without conflicts.the drivers are great, thank you very much.the bus is new, clean, and tidy.maybe the seats are a little uncomfortable, but there was enough space. We passed the border very well.no queues and no conflicts.transit hotels, except for the hotel "By the pine tree" in Poland, are decent.I really liked the hotel in Italy and on the way back to Poland.I would recommend changing the hotel "At the pine Tree" to a travel agency, because it is cold, damp, and unkempt.the hotel in Spain did not leave any impressions.I had a room with a balcony, but I feel sorry for people who don't have a balcony.where to dry a swimsuit, towels and other things.and even more so when they put three people in a room. there is a lack of cleanliness in the hotel.although the room seems to be cleaned every day.the doors in my closet opened with difficulty and also closed with difficulty, the handle on the doors was broken off, and hung on one screw.of course, I would like the owners of the hotel to do their best and put the rooms in order.there are no questions about excursions. There was plenty of free time.except for excursions to Nice and Monaco.I would probably change the guide there, and of course give more free time.at least 1 hour to Nice and 1 hour to Monaco.such beautiful cities, and we haven't even really seen them.these are my disadvantages, but they are quite insignificant compared to the emotions, knowledge and delight I received.thank you Belturist for such tours and for your team.well, there are always dissatisfied people, there were and there will be.I just always want to tell such people why you spend your money, stay at home and drink and don't spoil the mood of others. The tour was a 100 percent success. This is the second year I have been traveling with belturist Polska and I get great pleasure from your tours.Thank you for your hard work

So we returned from our tour through Italy with a vacation at the sea in Greece (we started it on 06/8/2024)
Overall, everything went well. The tour program is really exciting and leaves behind a lot of impressions.
Well, as for the organization of the trip from Beltourism, I will tell you below. But I should immediately note that there were no special claims against the travel agency.
One of the advantages.
Taking into account the traffic jams at the border, the departure from Minsk was not at night, but in the evening. Which we were warned about in advance. And what is especially pleasant is that a bus was waiting for us at the border, which had already taken a queue more than a day before the trip. We were transferred to it upon arrival at the checkpoint.
By the way, the bus was fine too. Although "Chinese", but it was brand new and everything worked in it.
Drivers (Ivan Ivanovich and Roman) They also worked great and it was nice to go with them.
Special thanks to our accompanying Aneta. In many ways, thanks to her, the tour went well according to plan and, importantly for us, it was very emotional. Aneta — you're doing great!
Well, the disadvantages (as without them, alas).
We were asked to book a cabin for us on the ferry in advance. We did everything, but it turned out that my wife and I had different cabins). She was put in a cabin with one family of three, and me with another. But nothing, we spent the night once in a new family, the main thing is that we sailed.
Sightseeing tours.
The guys from Beltourism. You still charge € 20 per tourist for each such walk around the city. And from the bus it is already 1000€. Well, then you should not save on guides and the price of headphones for the tour could be included in these 20€.
Well, the guides themselves. In Bari, Venice and Budapest they were just great! Thank them very much for their work. Greece is already worse, but also nothing. But here is your guide to Sofia… It's a quiet horror. He was running away from the group, muttering something to himself in very broken Russian and, most importantly, he did not tell anything interesting at all. But he left behind a few memes for our group:
- This intersection is called the crossroads of times in Sofia.
- why?
- I don't know.
- This is the building of the Central Bathhouse of Sofia.
- And when was it built?
- A long time ago!))
In general, we had a good trip and we plan not to stop there. But we hope that Beltourism listens to the feedback of tourists and eliminates those shortcomings that customers point out to them.
Therefore, thank you for the trip, we believe that next time it will be even better!
PS. And yes, ask The Silk Hotel in Greece to attach a shower head holder in the bathrooms. So that you don't have to show the wonders of engineering ingenuity, as in one of the photos to my review))

I really liked everything! The people on the bus were cool and funny, our drivers were attentive on the road, sometimes they made us laugh, and of course the accompanying Olga, thank her, she told us about the places we passed, answered our questions, watched us and tolerated us, thank you! We were able to visit Poland, Germany, Amsterdam, Paris! The hotels were nice and cozy, but I didn't like one hotel in Paris a bit, but it was good in other places! The schedule was tight, but very interesting, I do not regret that I chose beltourism! Thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

We went on the "Paris without night crossings" tour in July 2024. I would like to express my gratitude to the company for the well-organized route, in 7 days we visited 5 countries and even more European cities. I would like to single out our guide Olga and note her professionalism and organization, Olga was great at maintaining our mood and helping in any situation. We were sure that Olga would find the best solution out of any situation (and there were many of them: we visited Paris on the eve of the 2024 Olympics, Berlin after the final match of the World Cup). I would also like to express my gratitude to our drivers. They passed where it would seem impossible for a tourist bus to pass. In general, we were completely delighted with the tour, got a lot of emotions and full delight from visiting all the cities!
PS We are already planning the next trip in the near future))

Endless patience, politeness, knowledge of history, understanding and responsiveness towards each member of a huge (52-54 people of different ages) group arouse respect and admiration! Special thanks to the drivers Dmitry and Sergey: one can only imagine how difficult it was for them in such a busy trip with long journeys and trips to European capitals with traffic jams and driving peculiarities of local residents.... And the endless, opposite in meaning, requests of numerous passengers... Thanks to you, the tour was a success despite all the weather and other adventures!

The trip Berlin - Amsterdam - Brussels - Paris - Poznan for the May holidays for my husband and I was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of our life together. It's a very beautiful time when pink chestnuts bloom! We were a little worried that it would be a "gallop through Europe", but it is quite difficult to get to each city separately, but here is such a rich program, and it was worth it! We got a lot of interesting impressions and positive emotions! We join the positive reviews about the organization of the tour. The only "fly in the ointment" is that the beautiful, new, well-conditioned bus turned out to be quite cramped for tall people (the Chinese made it for themselves), which periodically caused conflicts between passengers. But the plus is that overnight stays in hotels were organized, and everyone could take a break from sitting on the bus. We highly recommend everyone to join the group to Jan Yakimovich - he is a wonderful specialist in his field who will try to make your trip as comfortable as possible, warn and provide all the nuances, give useful advice, tell interesting facts and strictly follow the travel regulations - and all this in the most polite and correct form. We wish everyone to find a tour according to your taste!

The tour to Paris without night crossings (11.08-18.08) became a real test of endurance. Previously, I went on bus tours to Europe and there is something to compare it with.
1. A "comfortable" bus equipped with... Nothing, in fact. There is no toilet, no sockets, the air conditioner hardly saved from the heat, there was often a condition close to unconsciousness.
2. The organization is at zero. We chose the tour for a good price-service ratio. They paid 50 euros extra for crossing the border, but they passed it for 25 hours (this is despite the fact that they left earlier than agreed, got 4 hours to Brest and 8 hours after the border to the hotel in Poland). Berlin was canceled so that we could keep up with the schedule, but in the end we did not have time anywhere and never, and for this the guide blamed the tourists themselves, they say everything is in our hands and we do not fit because of our sluggishness at stops, and not because the guide Irina cannot gather people. Irina was not responsible for anything at all on this trip, ignored questions, and incited dissatisfied people.
3.The same guide Irina decided that people didn't need the Internet on a trip, so she almost scolded everyone who asked her if we would stop where we could buy a SIM card. The consequence of this was that people were lost in the cities, could not contact her and make up a route, did not know about the blocked bridges from Paris (the guide did not convey this information either), did not know about the delay of the bus, the postponement of meetings and much more.
4.All the excursions, especially the mandatory ones, were compressed to the utmost, but the additional ones, for which they took money from above, were shoved as best they could, apparently just to earn money without caring about quality, even though the money was not small. We arrived in Brussels (20€) at night, at 22:30. Everything was closed, they took us through four streets in half an hour, gave us the opportunity to go to the last shops that were not closed and took us further. Additional excursions in Belgium have been canceled. We saw the city of Valenciennes (20€) at 21:50. A dark, unlit city, with closed shops and cafes, where there were 30 minutes for independent passage. Everyone was just waiting for us to leave, because there's nothing to see there. The city of Cologne (€20) was included in the plan as mandatory, instead of Berlin. Hardly an hour of the tour, during which Irina hurried the guide, and half an hour of time to buy something to eat. In Paris, the hotel turned out to be not in the city, and it was impossible to get there without a transfer, for which it was necessary to pay extra, or go on excursions. They also took money for headphones (2 € * 4 days = 10 €) - that's how Irina thought, for some reason multiplying by five. This is a small part, but the main one that left dissatisfied.
5.We wanted to demand a refund upon arrival, but the terms of the contract remove all responsibility from the travel agent, be careful. Everything will be blamed on the force majeure and on you as a whole.
6. Either very rich people are satisfied with this tour, or those who have already seen everything and did not plan to see anything else without visiting any of the excursions. And most likely those who combine these two factors

Italy-Greece Tour 17.08-30.08
Magnificent cities, wonderful guides in Italy, the gentle sea and nature in Greece. All this does not depend on the tour operator in any way.
Complete professional incompetence of Olga's group leader: non-compliance with the tour program daily; giving false information about the route and plans for the day of the tour daily; lack of organization of hot meals daily; lack of mandatory information about currency, time difference in the host country, ignorance of languages and information about cities, attractions, catering places in visited cities; ignorance and inability compliance with formalities related to transport payments and documents. She dissuaded from visiting excursions and attractions. Members of the same family were not placed side by side, but on different floors; I considered it possible not to settle a woman with a child at all, taking the room key. She intentionally left 37 tourists with young children in a foreign city, taking away personal belongings and documents of tourists. Extortion of money, intimidation and blackmail. Absolute non-observance of the rights of tourists, rudeness, hypocrisy, familiarity, tyranny, a feeling of complete impunity for arbitrariness, obscene appearance, illiteracy and carelessness. She allowed herself to "poke" tourists, tell them to "shut up", use their Internet for her own purposes. It felt like she went abroad on her own business, and took us out of charity, but for our money, and we had to keep quiet and enjoy the inconvenience.
We've been traveling for a long time, but THIS is the first time we've seen THIS. Beltourism is the worst tour operator.

We went with Beltourism for the second time. This time to Paris for 7 days from August 11th to 18th. We were very pleased with the trip. Both the guides and the hotels were good. The crew, represented by Irina's head, and the drivers are professionals in their field. I was amazed at Irina's patience and sense of humor because a couple of people in the group were annoying everyone.
I read a review by a lady and, as a practicing lawyer, I would like to remind you of the responsibility for defamation and insults. No one imposed anything on anyone. For example, we did not take additional excursions. And the bus was comfortable. And the FP is like, I paid for crossing the border, it's really funny.
In summary, the tour went great and we will be happy to travel with this company again.

We went with Beltourism on the Greece-Italy tour from 08/31-14.09
We were very lucky that the escort was not Olga, it's a shame for the previous group (Because the tour as a whole is wonderful!
We got to the border by train, there was a bus waiting in line for us, as a result, after 5 hours we were already in Poland) An unplanned walk around Warsaw happened.
Thanks to our escort Anet, we all purchased SIM cards with roaming throughout Europe and were in touch throughout the trip.
All the excursions announced along the route were carried out in full. The sanitary stops were according to plan, everything was fine with the food, the attendant warned about everything in advance, everything was clearly planned and we arrived on time everywhere. There are 2 hours of free time in Hallstatt, 9 hours in Venice.
There was an unpleasant incident in Bari: We are after a night move, the tour is early, a little free time, and then there is an additional tour and everyone who does not go to it is invited to get to the hotel themselves, although according to the rules we either have to be picked up from this city or taken to the hotel, and then take the group where it is necessary. Everything would be fine, but the hotel is in another city and you need to get to it by train from a huge train station in a foreign country, not knowing the language... We got a decent amount of stress. There were about 20 of us left in the city and the bus could easily travel 30km to come back for us, but unfortunately no one heard us(As a bonus, we got the purest Adriatic Sea! Although the guide said that the beach in the city is so-so (on an additional tour it is much better, of course)))
Then there was a ferry, be sure to take a cabin. It is very cold in the seats (
An excursion to Meteora is held on the first day in Greece, just by bus on the way) The places are wonderful, the views are very beautiful, but it spoiled the impression a little that for 30 euros "on the way" we also had to take entrance tickets to the monasteries for 6 euros.
Katerini is a small village in Greece, the sea is clean and beautiful. We lived in apartments, the rooms are small, but everything is clean and renovated. Do not count on cooking something much: there is barely a working tile, there is no oven and kettle. Those who lived in the hotel complained that the rooms were quite "tired". The breakfasts were the same, the usual European buffet.
6 days fly by very quickly and I don't want to leave)))
The return trip was much more difficult. Due to the obligatory 9-hour rest of the bus, we had to walk around Sofia all day, the city is boring and we spent most of the time in cafes and shopping centers. But the overnight transfer went unnoticed, then there was a beautiful Budapest, where we got about 6 hours of time. Last night in Hungary and a long drive home. The bus arrived in Minsk early on Saturday morning, as planned)
Overall, the impressions are very good, thanks to all our friendly team, our Aneta and drivers Vlad and Tomek)

Recently returned from a tour of Greece + Italy 30.08-13.09. There are a lot of impressions, and after reading the reviews here, it seems even more that we were wildly lucky with everything, starting with the accompanying and ending with the weather.
Physically, the tour is not an easy one, which is already clear from the program and night crossings. The border is added to the already stated ones – consider it the same, but in our case we stood there and back for 4-5 hours, we were very lucky.
Positive:
● The program is rich and interesting. If you are lucky with the border, you can catch a half-day walk around Warsaw, as we did. In general, we had no delays or omissions anywhere (although the bus stopped a couple of times due to breakdowns). Early excursions were worth it, because we managed to walk everywhere not under the scorching sun, when there were not so many tourists. I wanted to go on every excursion, but because of the budget I had to moderate my appetites a little.
● The accompanying Aneta. He does not forget anyone anywhere, remembers everyone, explains everything clearly by the clock, repeats several times. He talks about stops, about cities, about languages, where to whom and how much, where you can go, and where you shouldn't. Along the way, she turned on films and music related to these countries for us🖤 Well, it's a miracle.
● In Italy, we had a wonderful guide Maria, it was incredibly interesting with her.
● The ferry ride was very atmospheric for me personally. But immediately a caveat: when they tell you to take warm clothes because it's cold there, it's REALLY cold there. In fact, it was much warmer on deck than in the hall (but there is a strong wind), so be sure to bring blankets and warm clothes with you.
● Everything is fine with the transfer. To quickly cross the border, a bus was put in line in advance while we were traveling from Minsk to Brest by Stadler. Our bus turned out to be the first in line, and we crossed the Belarusian-Polish border in 4-5 hours instead of some 10+.
Controversial points:
● If you do not book a seat on the bus, you may get a seat at the end where the backs do not recline and there is little space. Money is money, but with such conditions, no one should be put there at all, or do it for a lower cost if desired (for example, a family with children there may still be +/- not bad, but again, non-folding backs really ruin comfort, which is so little on the bus).
● Athens. The tour is 50 euros + 20 euros entrance to the Acropolis (if you do not go there, then you need to walk around for an hour and a half). In Athens itself, they showed the Olympic stadium, the changing of the guard, the rest was just words on the road, what they were passing by. Then free time is 2-3 hours. The departure was at one o'clock in the morning, the road was 6-7 hours. I do not regret that I went, but for someone it would be better to spend + 1 day at sea.
● Venice. No question, it's very beautiful, but it's hard. All day on your feet in the sun, there are not enough benches, tourists are sitting anywhere or in establishments. Personally, there was even too much time for me – after an hour and a half review, they gave me 5-6 hours to walk by myself. And just after that day, we had an overnight transfer. Taste, of course.
● An important point: excursions may not take place if too few people sign up – there should be at least 25 people. In Greece, the escorts cooperated, gathered several groups together to make it work. We did not have the Grand Canal and the Danube, with Olympus it turned out that it was put on the same day as Athens, and those who wanted to get to both places could not.
● Also an expected moment, but – money. On the road, you spend almost the same price from above as for the tour itself. +140 euros for a mandatory package of city tours, headphones for at least one day in Venice (for 3 days in Italy – 6 euros), taxes. 200-300 euros for an additional one, if you really want to get to know the countries (and this is not even for everything). If you refuse these excursions, you need to constantly find something to do yourself. For example, if you do not go to Alberobello and Matera, you entertain yourself in Bari for the whole day. And, of course, food, souvenirs, trips to some places.
● Sofia. It feels like the dot was added just to kill time, but as inconvenient as possible. A 3-hour tour of the center (and the weather was already cool, almost rainy, and in other cities there were a maximum of 2 hours of sightseeing), then another 4 hours of free time, and then another 1.5 hours we walked 3.5 km to the bus to kill time (because the bus needs to defend 9 hours before the night crossing). And then, in addition, a night transfer to Budapest. As I understand it, this was done so that there would not be a night crossing for two days in a row, first, and then the border.
Overall, I really, really enjoyed the trip - the case when almost everything worked out as it should. Thanks to the company, Aneta and our drivers for such a vacation.

We went with a friend in September on a tour of Spain via Amsterdam.
The trip left a very pleasant impression. The border was crossed there in 2 hours, back in 4, which is just fine nowadays.
The content of the tour is excellent, each city had a separate guide, the main excursions (mandatory) were capacious and informative. In cities, there was more or less free time somewhere, but always enough to walk around and feel the atmosphere.
I would like to express special gratitude to our guide Natalia, her professionalism and enthusiasm. She often shared fascinating stories, answered all our questions and was always ready to help.
I also want to mention the work of the drivers. They were attentive and careful. Basically, we always arrived on time and without unnecessary delays.
Overall, I was satisfied with the organization of the trip. Thank you for the pleasant memories! We are already planning a trip with this tour operator for the winter holidays.

In 2022, we went with a travel agency." Beltourism Europe" to Greece. The organization of the tour was very good. The staff of the travel agency helped us pay attention to this tour, which brought us a lot of positive emotions and vivid impressions. Natalia, the accompanying group, was very professional in solving all the issues that arose along the way. The excursions were just great!👍 . This year, we decided to continue traveling with this travel agency. 🏖

5/10 service, Olga's specialist service, which deals with the 0/10 visa support
Rooms 4/10
Drivers 10/10
Group Leader 10/10
Rest 8/10
We went on a tour of Spain via Amsterdam. The countries are beautiful, which cannot be said about the service provided by Beltourism. You don't have to try to get through to the organization, they won't pick it up or call you back. We have tried it many times. They didn't tell anything about the tour itself, they sent it only to the website, there was no detailed information (about the beach, hotels, breakfasts, etc.). There were many unpleasant situations in the tour itself, which arose due to the carelessness of the organization. I will no longer describe all the situations that happened, but the fact that we had Greek visas, and we went to Spain and were convinced that everything was fine.... no.... We were stopped at the border and dealt with the situation for about 3 hours. Fortunately, they missed it and thanks to some people everything ended well, just not for the next bus, there was exactly the same situation for them, after they were held for a day, turned around and did not miss, which could have been with us.
But what struck me the most was the attitude of a specialist named Olga, who is preparing documents for a visa. I have never seen such rudeness and irresponsibility. In order for her to deign to check the documents, I had to talk about it 5 times (running to the front, there were a lot of mistakes that we corrected ourselves, from which it was concluded that she did not look at them at all), does not answer calls and does not call back, although a phone number was left for communication, they called only during working hours. There was also no escort to the visa center, she went through the documents with which we went directly to the specialists of the visa center, and what do you think? There were not all the documents that were needed, fortunately they decided everything on their own and dealt with everything themselves, she in turn ate a salad and left safely. It is not clear why Olga was present, and even more so why we paid for her services.
There are no questions for the specialist who dealt with the payment for the tour with us. Everything is clear and to the point, unfortunately I do not know her name.
The tour is top, the hotels are better somewhere, worse somewhere, but in Spain itself, where we were the most, just a barn where nothing works. The faucet is leaking, it smells of mold, the furniture is old and looks disgusting, the shower also flows so much that three drops flow from the watering can itself, the water stands and does not go down, there is very little space, the refrigerator is paid and the safe is also, the hair dryer is one for the whole hotel, for breakfast and dinner (for a fee) we went to another hotel altogether.
The tours changed right on the road, no one warned anyone.
The guide was good, there are no questions either.
The bus didn't break down, and thanks for that, there is no Wi-Fi, although obviously it's time to make it in the 21st century.
It is also surprising that while we were on the bus, I heard enough about this organization not to contact them anymore. The situations are almost the same.
To sum up, you can say that rest is wonderful, all countries are just a fairy tale, we will not contact beltourism anymore.

I would like to share my impressions about the Italy-Greece August 2024 tour. Everyone is captivated by the fact that he has a rich and interesting program. But in fact, the organization of the tour is at a very low level: the accompanying guide Olga was incompetent, there was no interaction with tourists and drivers. Catering on the road, accommodation and breakfast in hotels - some kind of chaos and complete confusion. The drivers did not have clear navigation, they often lost the route. As a result, we got lost in Austria and did not have time to see anything, the tour did not take place, we got lost on the way to Venice. In Budapest, half a day was taken away from us, the tour was shortened.
In addition, due to the unclear work of the guide in Budapest and scattered information about the departure, the bus did not pick up 37 tourists and left for the hotel. The guide, through a message, offered one of the tourists to get there on their own.
And this is 200 km to the hotel!!!
After the proceedings and scandal, the guide had to hire another bus so that the remaining tourists would be taken to the hotel. Instead of positive emotions, we got a lot of stress and negativity, unfortunately! And this is a small part of the negative moments that haunted us on this tour. I do not recommend this company, draw your own conclusions...

I went on a tour to Paris without overnight trips in June. We were not very lucky at the border when we left the Republic of Belarus. In the future, the schedule was aligned, we visited everything that was planned. Additional excursions were with good guides, if someone did not want a tour, they only paid for the transfer. Olga, the head of the group, considered any request as calmly, politely and with a desire to help. From turn off/turn on the air conditioner, to how to get there, where to get off. The breakfasts were very good in Poland and Germany. In other countries, it was possible to stop by the store and buy food. The bus is Chinese, new, but made for slim passengers.

Good evening. Human nature is such that a person is never completely satisfied with something. If you take any group, even of two people, then again there will be a dissatisfied one. In our difficult times, we should be grateful for everything that happens to us. After all, everything turned out fine. We quickly crossed the border, both there and back. The German police did not wrap us up. We had a great rest at the sea. They returned home safe and sound. And Dmitry helped us in this, who personally took the time to help me buy and issue a SIM card. Drivers Sergey and Leonid, who responded to any requests. And how they prepared a hotel for us in Lyon in advance. It's sad that people pay more attention to the negative, while forgetting that they themselves have a lot of miscalculations. Let's thank each other for everything we have. Our family is grateful to the agency and personally accompanying Dmitry and drivers Sergey and Leonid. We wish you all the best, health and joy.

I would like to thank the Beltourism agency for the lesson that was taught to us — do not take everything on faith that is written in the program, as well as the supposed competence of the accompanying guide.
Traveled by bus tour Italy—Greece August 2024 :
1. the guide Olga Dedkova did not inform at all about the plans for the coming day along the way for all 14 days, she answered questions along the route with obvious irritation and complete ignorance of the route. She openly switched to "you" when there were uncomfortable questions, even made fun of the culprit of the questions that arose along the way
3. The intervals between sanitary stops were not observed at all — sometimes they drove for 7 hours without stopping.
5. In low-level transit hotels, these hostels arrived late and left early with dry rations, as they left the route every day and wandered along the roads of Europe: there was no Internet on the bus, they practically did not turn on the TV and drove in ignorance of where we were going, what was outside the window, when the next stop was. . Themed films along the way were out of the question.
7. We ate and washed at gas stations more often with one paid toilet. While the whole group was queuing at the gas station for a sausage with dough, the guide managed to have lunch at a cafe nearby)))) what we found out about when we got on the bus with the help of a sausage.
8. Instead of 2 night crossings, there were about 4-5 (we lived on the bus).
9. Mandatory excursions were included in the tour price, but we paid them again on the bus at the request of the guide for 105 euros with headphones without issuing any payment documents, and they cannot be refused. All this happened on the territory of Poland. When asked about the checks, the guide laughed off with a greasy joke. Moreover, many of them were held after night crossings without rest! And free time in cities was sometimes reduced to 30 minutes.
10. At the end of the trip, the guide for edification and, violating the program of visiting the city of Belgrade, left on a tourist bus to the place of overnight stay, leaving about 40 tourists in Belgrade where there were pensioners and minor children in 33 degree heat, as a result, people could not enjoy the views of the city until the evening, which was provided by the program, but sat and waited about 4 o'clock when they will be picked up at all. My friend and I planned to visit at least two museums and an evening boat trip (which was also provided by the program) although according to the program, departure from Belgrade was planned in the evening.
11. The obligatory excursions, with the exception of two, were of a very low level, just amateur activity. Free time in cities was limited to one hour, unless you needed to stand on the bus or wait for a guide, a guide who forgot her phone somewhere.
12. The excursion as well as the visit to Halstadt according to the promised program did not happen at all — we got lost on the way. Moreover, they fornicated along the route every day, as a result, we just lived on the bus and saw the cities according to a very shortened program, or even drove past like Halstadt.
13. Moreover, on the way to Belarus, the guide tried to stop the bus and extorted additional money from tourists in the amount of 800 euros. Moreover, having been refused, she turned to personalities, threats and desecrations.
14. As a result, upon arrival in Belarus, nothing but negativity remained in the soul. It's a pity — with good organization and lack of greed on the part of the organizers, a beautiful tour could have turned out. Italy is beautiful. Greece is warm, the tourists are calm and intelligent, and the whole group of 49 people.
15. The lack of adequate feedback from the agency, the complete indifference of the guide and phrases addressed to tourists: "I don't care, these are your problems ..." and so on.
16. Our guide went on a great tour at our expense, waking up later than everyone else and going to bed along the way before everyone else, she did not care that some of the tourists simply were not given breakfast, someone did not see and did not visit what he planned during the year on this tour, did not visit the toilet on time and I got acute cystitis, persistent swelling on my legs, poisoning, and there were many of them.
We will not leave these outrages of the Beltourism agency just like that. The disdainful attitude of the organizers and the lack of professionals, the provision of low-quality tourist services in violation of the law, to citizens of the Republic of Belarus, is unacceptable.
And if you have a desire to travel with this travel agency, think carefully.

Travel review from 08/16/2018 to 30.08 Italy+Greece is 14 days old.
After a storm of emotions of various kinds during the route, I write only dry facts and impressions that deserve attention.
I sincerely hope that travel agents who buy and sell Beltourism tours will take this information into account and value their reputation.
I would also like to note that I am a tourist with extensive travel experience (26 countries), both independent and bus, cruise.
Writing in vain is not my priority. But it was the most disorganized and force majeure journey in my experience.
1. Travel itinerary: It is interesting and eventful, there are many countries, cities, border crossings.
It was a very correct decision to go not through Poland, but through Latvia. This is a +.
Such complex and composite routes require an experienced, sociable, organized escort.
We were unlucky. Olga did not possess any of these qualities.
2. There was no information on timing while traveling along the route at all.
Tourists were not informed at any stop that, for example, it was 10.00 a.m., a sanitary stop for 40 minutes. To be all on the bus at 10.40.
This has never happened. The time of arrival at the places was constantly distorted (the traffic situation is not taken into account).Olga only wrote notes to us in hotels and left them at the hotel reception at the time of excursions and check-out. There was no such information during the movement. There was also no general group with information in any of the messengers, as I understand it, specifically so that later all the information could be changed as desired.
3. Misinformation of tourists, misleading. I met along the entire route (I'll give you a couple of examples below).
- For example, when boarding the ship in Bari: Olga told us 10 times not to go to Corfu in any case and that we were sailing to the Abbess at 7.00. In fact: the liner did not stop in Corfu at all, but we sailed to the Abbess at 5.30 in the morning. And I learned this information not from Olga, but by chance in the evening walking along the deck from other tourists and then independently checking with the administration of the liner. I took a cabin and naturally I was not on deck with all the tourists. And the correct information was not conveyed to me (as well as to other cabin tourists).
- Another example: changing the travel route and plans for the day. In the morning we leave by bus, Olga announces to us a plan for the nearest city, 2 hours after arrival – the plan and time change dramatically to the obviously worst option for tourists. This was the case with Venice: instead of 1.5-2 hours to Venice from Udine, we drove for more than 3 hours (the drivers had incorrect coordinates and points from Olga, there were no online maps and the Internet, and they went to this route for the first time). As a result, we did not stop at the promised motorhome (we simply did not find it), we were late for Venice, because the drivers drove through the desired interchange 3 times at its coordinates and almost left for Milan. We were late for the tour. But we "got" to the bus standstill and at the end of the Venice tour we sat in the parking lot in Venice for 4 hours from 20.00 to 24.00 hungry and "happy". This was the case with other locations: Bari/Alberobello/Budapest.
-In Matera, we lost an hour after the end of the tour, when the whole group had already gathered, Olga lost her phone in the store and the guide Maria (according to Alberobello and Matera) helped her find it, at that time we tried to find a bus in parallel, the drivers left and did not return by the appointed time, again, without the guide Maria, the bus did not He was found and did not arrive at the tourist gathering place.
4. Nutrition.
During the route there: More or less some kind of normal food was rather absent.
These were snacks with dried milk at gas stations (if I managed to grab it). Although Olga has repeatedly announced that we will eat normally.
"Normal"/ "inexpensive" happened only upon arrival in Greece - we were taken to a roadside cafe to her Greek friend. A piece of meat, tomato and cucumber salad, coffee – it cost 18.5 Euros. In Paralia, for this price there was a dinner with grilled dorado with vegetables and 0.5 wines.
I do not consider the reservation that there are no cafes on the highway in Europe as such – this is not true.
Last year I went to Italy by bus with a Blue Bird – there were simply no such questions. All the tourists had normal meals.
On the way back: after the scandal with Budapest, Olga fed us 2 times at gas stations with hot food (in Hungary and in Podger).
Breakfasts in hotels: I have no complaints about transit hotels, they are minimalistic, but they were.
Breakfasts at the Silk Hotel: everything would have been OK if on Mon/Tue (August 26/27) 11 people from the hotel (maybe more) had not been poisoned – all had the same signs: incessant vomiting, upset, dehydration. Personally, after the onset of the first signs of poisoning, I just got to the hotel and lay for 2 days without leaving the room (this is 2 days!!! sea holidays). After I came to my senses and was able to go downstairs, I found out that there were semigroups with such poisoning.
Of course, I did not see the sanitation of the kitchen, the process of making omelets and processing eggs. But the taste of the omelet was not always fresh. I think it's because of him.
5. Guides.
In Venice, it's normal (I took it away without enthusiasm, but OK).
In Baria/Ostuni/Alberobeello and Matera – there was A BEAUTIFUL AND INTERESTING Maria. It was the best thing about the trip. She is not just a professional, but also very pleasant in terms of energy.
We learned and watched a lot with her. In particular, thanks to her, Olga returned her lost phone in Mater and the drivers arrived at the tourist gathering place.
In Sofia, the male guide is terrible! He is not a native speaker of Russian. It was hard for him to choose words and tell something.
In Budapest, the guide was normal, but the whole of Budapest was overshadowed by Olga's thwarted plans for the day (which Olga initially announced, and then changed), she simply canceled our free time, including for hot soup (after poisoning at the hotel).
6. The bus sucks. Everyone learned this phrase during the tour. Olga constantly repeated this to us and manipulated it. In all my travel experience, not a single accompanying person uttered it, all this was done correctly allocating time along the route / planning the route.
On this trip, it was not tourists who rested, but the bus was constantly defended.
7. A frustrated trip to Salzkammergurt (a mandatory excursion).
We left the hotel in Ostrava on time. By 17.00 - 18.00 it was announced that we would arrive in Hallstatt, a film about Hallstatt was promised on the way (although tourists were outraged, they asked the question, what are we paying for? we can watch the movie at home).
But this did not happen: neither the movie (the TV broke down), nor Hallstatt. On the way, for some reason we stopped at Duty Free - we lost time there, although we were told that we would stop for lunch at a type-Lido (lunch was canceled later), then we got into a traffic situation in Austria, we drove up to Hallstatt at 21.00 in the dark and pouring rain. It is clear that at the end of August it gets dark early, these are the mountains, the sun sets even earlier + the rain has begun. The decision that we are not going there was not taken by Olga from the word at all. She drove the bus to Hallstatt in the dark and pouring rain - she said that you would not get out for long, take a look and get on the bus quickly. Really??? If it already happened that we were late on all fronts and it was raining and dark, make a decision not to go there and change the tour to another one. No one will mind! We asked, Olga, where are we going? it's not safe, what's going on - there was no answer - she was silent and did not come out to talk to tourists. Fortunately, the drivers turned the bus around and we left there, wasting time. Then the missed tour was replaced by Ostuni. but! IT WAS CLEAR THAT WE WOULD NOT ARRIVE IN HALLSTATT ON TIME 3 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVING THERE. Back at 7.30 pm, when the sun set, and we were driving along the highway at full speed, we asked, Olga, are we definitely going to get there? The answer was: Yes, they work until nine-thirty. Sorry, half past nine- it's pitch dark in the mountains and in the rain. Who will think about the safety of tourists? or does the money for the tour cover everything??
There were many more disorganized moments during the trip that I don't want to mention.
Unfortunately, the contract is drawn up in such a way that the tourist is practically not protected from such behavior and arbitrariness of the accompanying person.
No one expected such a "hit" on the tour - people went on vacation.
No one wrote reports on each fact of arbitrariness. Everyone hoped for Olga's conscience.
And she wasn't there. The only thing Olga observed was the timing – she brought us by any means to Minsk on 31.08 at 8.00.
It was burning for her – the bus was supposed to go on another tour with other tourists (they were already waiting for us at Druzhnaya).
From the good: the sea was wonderful and the time spent without Olga in Greece was memorable.
The group of tourists is very patient and adequate.
Nothing can be changed anymore. But for the future, it is possible to take into account both travel agents (in terms of choosing contractors for cooperation) and tourists.
Good luck to everyone and take care of yourself and your loved ones!

October 26
A tour to Paris without night crossings turned out to be not a journey for me, but some kind of death path. I started my journey with a friend. The tour for October was booked in early spring at a cost of 430 euros. A brand new Chinese bus was waiting for us at the station. As it turned out, the Chinese bus is absolutely not designed for long Slavic legs. It was terribly uncomfortable to sit, it was impossible to recline the back of the seat, since it immediately hampered the comfort of the passenger sitting behind. The temperature in the cabin is generally a separate conversation. We were sitting in the back of the bus. The stove was frying so that there was absolutely nothing to breathe. My legs were on fire. When asked to adjust the temperature in the bus, they received something like "the bus is new, we haven't figured it out yet", turned on the air conditioner for 3 minutes, from which the icy air blew, and then the oven fried again. In general, it's like in Satan's armpit. It turned out on the bus that no excursions were included in the 430 euros, they had to be paid in cash for 80 euros + 11 euros city tax and, if desired, headphones for excursions for 13 euros and additional excursions. In general, I paid another 269 euros for all this. Many of the tourists were not aware of it. The company said that this was a mistake by the tour operator from whom we bought the ticket. Well okay. The first overnight stay took place a day later in the Polish city of Tozhim. In the morning we moved to Berlin, where we spent 1.5 hours on a guided tour and were given an hour of free time. We left Berlin at 13.30, and we arrived at one o'clock in the morning to spend the night in Dortmund. In the morning we went to Amsterdam, where we more or less managed to realize that we were actually traveling, whether we spent there from about an hour to 6 pm. The next point is Brussels. The tour lasted an hour, considering that it was already dark and the guide was constantly in a hurry to get rid of us. Everything went very quickly. They gave me half an hour of free time, which of course means nothing. In the evening we moved to the suburbs of Paris for an overnight stay. Everyone was tired, but we were looking forward to the fact that now we will have 2 children in Paris and we will enjoy our vacation. But no) it was raining in Paris on the first day. The windows on the bus were constantly sweating, we were taken on a sightseeing tour of Paris on which we saw nothing. Then a dinner party in Paris - an ordinary canteen like our Saigons without windows, designed for mass feeding of tourists. The next excursion is to the island of Sita. I remind you that it is pouring downpour. Armed with umbrellas from the Louvre, we went to him on foot. We walked for a long time for 30 minutes, I don't understand why it was impossible to arrange transport to the place, given the weather conditions. However, by the time we got there, we were all soaked to our underpants. And if it was still possible to solve the issue with underpants, then not with shoes. In general, already exhausted, we told the guide that we could not continue the tour in such weather conditions. She said that she did not consider this reason to be valid, so as not to continue, but OK - she took us to the place where the bus was supposed to pick us up for a night tour of Paris with a stop at the tower and a glass of champagne. Although we all wanted to go to the hotel, our guide said that we could not check into the hotel before 22.15) and we just rode the bus through Paris at night from the windows of which nothing could be seen. For which, of course, they paid 20 euros. Champagne was poured for us on the bus. We stopped at the tower, the most desperate went out to look, but quickly returned back. No one had taken me to the hotel before. The next day, half of the tourists have fever, cough, sore throat. To the question "haven't you had such situations?" she replied that of course there was , but none of the tourists were outraged. On the second day of Paris, my friend left this tour and went on business. In theory, she paid for the tour in full and then I had to spend the night in a room alone in hotels. Irina (the escort) tried to put me in a room with other tourists on the first evening, but there was no place there, and she "had" to give me the keys to my room. The very next night, she still carried out fraud with the numbers and put me up with two strangers. To my question, does this mean that my friend will be reimbursed for the room in which she did not spend the night, Irina replied, "all questions are for the management, not for me." We will deal with this later. When going on this tour, keep in mind that for a week you will eat dry food from the store, gas stations, and then if you are lucky and you will be given time for this. In hotels in France (and there were three of them), 1 croissant, a piece of butter, jam and a drink of your choice are served for breakfast. Did the organizers of the trip take care to notify passengers about this and offer them options for a normal breakfast? Of course not!! Was there provision for hot meals throughout the trip? No!
And I was also amazed that the escort did not even look at whether all the passengers were in place on the bus before setting off. If the neighbors had not noticed the absence of passengers sitting next to them , then the bus could have gone further.
Unfortunately, I didn't have any positive emotions from the trip. I squeezed the joy out of myself as best I could, but at a certain point I gave up. In seven days, about 1,000 euros were spent on "rest", the nervous system was killed, and she also got sick. The long-awaited vacation was ruined. Having experienced such a journey, I definitely do not want to repeat it.

We went on tour with Beltourism (bought through a Life Tour dealer) - it's ugly, I won't advise anyone.
Absolute non-compliance with the schedule. Mostly you see a bus and broken-down old transit hotels, you don't have time to go anywhere - think twice, are you ready to pay for it?
Uncomfortable, cramped Chinese buses, economy on tour buses - visiting excursions on your own - as a result, instead of swimming in the sea, some tourists walked along the road, in the heat, in villages (Meteors as an example).
Unqualified guides who have family ties with the owner - abandoned their 37 passengers in a strange city, partially without documents. They haven't threatened the police yet - they refused to take it away, they blackmailed us that they would leave it in Hungary if we didn't pay for transit.
There is a great video on the Internet about this, look for it. They refused to settle a girl with a small child in a transit hotel for far-fetched reasons, I attach a photo.

Cruise to Greece from 08/17.24
A cruise through the gas stations of Europe .
It's just a guard!
There are 50 people on the bus
for two days, we have not made a single stop for food, we get our own food at gas stations.
Let's start from the beginning.
The bus was late for boarding, the bus number did not match the one stated. Tourists crowded around the bus in disbelief. The guide did not come out to the passengers. People began to recognize her from a photo on Viber, so they went on board.
The passenger with an additional fee for choosing a seat did not have a folding seat (a handrail is installed behind it).
At customs, tourists themselves were looking for where to go with documents, and the guide stood at the end of the queue.
We've been eating at gas stations for two days, and while everyone was crowding to the toilet at the gas station, and then buying chips at the checkout, the guide went to a restaurant around the corner, but didn't tell anyone about it.
The guide does not communicate with tourists at all. We're going blind. No one knows where we are going, how much further we have to go, what country we are in.
The tour program was beaten out with a fight
. An excursion to Hallstatt was supposed to take place in Austria. To clarify, the word excursion means watching a movie on the bus screen, respectively, on the bus itself, but we could not reproduce the film, and We arrived for the tour at 21 o'clock in complete darkness in the rain. Naturally, the tour did not take place. We drove hundreds more kilometers in vain. At the suggestion of the passengers, they were replaced by another excursion.
We arrive at the hotels at 2 a.m., we are late everywhere.
The rooms are not distributed randomly. That is, a family of 4 people ended up on the 3rd and 8th floors.
There are always not enough breakfasts. The breakfast guide comes last.
Excursion to Venice. After the tour, which we also missed, we were dropped off at an empty parking lot. There is no bench, no tree, no toilets, no way to buy water. The guide said we are waiting here for 2 hours, because the bus should stand for 9 hours. The passengers became indignant and it was decided to go look for a bus.
But the driver found us and took us to the bus.
Departure to Greece. When the passenger asked if warm clothes were needed on the ship, the answer was: "how do I know, if you need them, take them."
Here, passengers were again looking for where to go and where their seats were. The guide, as it happened, came last.
So, it's 10 degrees on the liner, we have a night shift, it's impossible to sleep in summer clothes. The guide has a cabin, if anything.
The ship is unsanitary. People sleep on the floor everywhere. Opposite the reception desk, opposite the bar, under the stairs, at the exit to the deck. The impression is that they are transporting illegal immigrants.
Gypsies are circling around.
The toilets are scary, puddles of urine, paper on the floor, mold... brr
And the seats are again distributed randomly: one family member for 8, the second for 1.
A hotel room with a view of the wall. The guide just went to her apartment.

The first and last time with Beltourism.
Olga Dedkova, a woman of retirement age, is sent to the Italy-Greece tour on 08/16/31/2024 as a guide, as it was later revealed that she has family ties with the director of this office. She had only one goal - a personal vacation and she didn't care about 49 tourists (including 10 minors). A person who has neither specialized qualifications, nor organizational skills, nor the ability to communicate with people, made an "unforgettable" vacation for the entire group of tourists:
- an unplanned route through sanitary stops, instead of the promised stops in 3-4 hours, stops were in 5-6 hours, more often with 1-2 toilets, which took 15-20 minutes for 49 people and the vast majority of girls.
- the first hot meal only a day after departure, although I found myself on each one, and I did not provide any information to tourists;
- tourists boarding in Warsaw did not specify the time of arrival after passing the Latvian border, which is why they had to wait several hours at the pick-up point;
- check-in to hotels in a chaotic manner: the people standing next to her were waiting, but the tourists who were still taking their suitcases out of the bus were called; a family of 4 people was settled either at different ends of the corridor, or generally on different floors, although similar rooms were nearby and the issue was resolved by exchanging keys between tourists;
- constant wandering in search of a meeting with guides: meeting points were issued immediately before departure, and incorrect ones were more often absent from navigators, which led to delays in excursions and to their reductions;
- we were almost late for an excursion to Venice in general: we circled in search of a place to transfer to another bus that would take us to the port, we never found it, the bus left, we had to go on our own; as a result, after the tour, we waited for an additional 3 hours on an asphalt parking lot in the port (where there are no shops or cafes) so far our bus will stand for 9 hours;
- in the morning, before the evening departure by ferry, collects all passports for registration and printing tickets (while we have free time in Bari); upon arrival at the port, it turns out that one tourist without a ticket, but 3 extra for some other people. how??? SHE, who, according to her, has lived in Italy for 11 years, cannot explain the problem to the operator, we explain ourselves, we get a ticket;
The time at the resort without her is just wonderful.
- departure from Greece, instead of the one indicated in the program - after breakfast, turned out to be early under the pretext of faster passage of the upcoming borders;
- at the entrance to Sofia, he informs us that the bus should stand for 9 hours, respectively, we should spend all this time in a city where there is simply nothing to do so much.
And everyone put up with all this, tried not to wind themselves up, a vacation nevertheless, but SHE continued to "surprise":
- at the Bulgaria-Serbia border crossing, it turns out that there is no insurance for a bus to travel through Serbia; customs officers offer to turn around and follow back to Bulgaria, but SHE only yells at them and he does not try to solve the problem, only after the intervention of one of the drivers, an official car with a driver was provided to go to the place of registration of insurance. All this time, tourists were waiting near the bus;
- after crossing the Serbia-Hungary border, it turns out that there are toll roads in Hungary that can only be paid online, and not at fixed posts, as in other countries. Neither the drivers nor SHE know how to do this, they nod at each other, ask for help - we help;
- before Budapest, he informs us that we have about 2 hours left for him (taking into account the time of the tour); after the end of the tour (14:10), 20 minutes remain for everything (lunch, toilet) and this is after a night move; the offer of everyone to defend the bus for 9 hours and spend this time in a beautiful city was rejected; through further negotiations, SHE agrees to leave at 15:00, and with a more accurate calculation of the time needed to get to the hotel - at 16:00; at 15:45, having gathered at the exit point, 37 (6 of them minors) tourists find out that the bus with the head and 12 tourists left to the hotel for the night; after tourists contacted personal travel agencies in Minsk and Warsaw, another bus was ordered for delivery to the hotel;
- upon arrival at the hotel, she refused to settle one of the tourists with a 10-year-old child, due to the fact that she owed her 50€ for a modified additional tour; requests from other tourists to resolve the financial issue the next day and still settle them were refused; moreover, there was no way to withdraw money in the hotel area, as a result, a tourist with a child spent the night in a room with other tourists;
- in the morning, with the first announcement into the microphone, she threatened to stop the bus until 37 people compensated her for the extra bus ordered; they found arguments and SHE did not raise this issue until Minsk;
- the disembarkation of tourists from Warsaw was promised in the city of Lublin (it was a surprise for them, but okay); however, after driving around the city, the bus left for the highway towards the border of the Republic of Belarus, stops and SHE offers to get out, almost in an open field; after talking with her and the drivers, the bus is turned around and people are taken to Lublin; as a result, we spend an hour, not 10 minutes.
Well, the cherry on the cake from the "BEST travel company in the world" Beltourism: upon arrival at the Friendly bus after 3 days of travel, including 2 night crossings (dirty, unattended and even unobserved), another group is waiting to leave for Norway.
For the first time in 8 years of traveling, I meet with such a "bottom". Despite other positive reviews, I will never contact this office and I do not advise anyone. There are enough decent companies in Belarus.

I went on an Italy-Greece tour... I was very unlucky with Olga's guide (then she retorted that she was just an escort)…We have survived all the terrible things that can be experienced on the road. There is no organization, there is no logistics, there is no story about places…Excursions were canceled, shifted, Venice was searched on the map by the whole bus-they did not know the way:(((The organization earns on everything -starting from headphones…Olga (she is an escort) does not know languages, does not know how to use gadgets, has no idea how much we have traveled and when we will be where…She was openly rude, made fun of tourists, and was inattentive in her orders…I confused the time of arrival of the ferry, departure from Budapest, lost my phone, threw our passports in public places…Food at gas stations and a paid toilet-all in 15 minutes, and still we don't have time to go anywhere!:(((the Chinese bus is not intended for international transportation from the word at all…Rotovirus in the hotel-minus a day…We are glad that we are back alive!!!If you want to spoil your vacation, feel free to go to them!!!!They will do it for your money!

The tour to Paris without night crossings on October 6-12 turned out to be cool despite long journeys, traffic jams, heavy rains. And thanks to a clear organization, we visited Berlin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne and walked around Paris for two days. And in my opinion, we have achieved the maximum. Irina, thank you so much for the tour, the organization and the individual approach, interesting information and
advice!I will recommend my friends to go with you! I ask the company to consider the possibility of organizing a tour to stay in Amsterdam for 2 days. I think there will be a lot of people who want to.

People read reviews and learn from the mistakes of others and never use the services of Beltourism! This is the worst tour we've been on! Italy-Greece Tour! August 17th, 2024!
The main problem in this tour is the head (if you can call her that) Olga Dedkova. This is the person who is the face of the company! How can you have such employees on staff? She does not know languages, does not navigate the route, does not take into account the distance from point A to point B, does not know how to use her own phone (she came to set the time for help), constantly lost it! Yes, the whole bus got to the designated route, thanks to modern navigation! It seemed that a person was traveling for the first time and did not really know anything! The consumer attitude of the travel agency and the head. Constant lies about stops for hot meals (we stopped only at gas stations and ate fast food), a tour of Austria, for which we paid 20 euros, did not take place at all (I offered to watch a movie about Holstadt), but at the insistence of the whole group I replaced it with another one. After the tour in Venice, we stood in the parking lot for 3 hours, waiting for the bus to stop, because Olga did not calculate the time! The guide in Bulgaria is not talking about anything at all, in Hungary 37 people left and went to the hotel, sending a message so that we could get there on our own! (allegedly, we did not arrive on time for the bus). But then she sent a bus for us, paid the money and demanded that we pay her for tomorrow! Which we refused, mistaking it for extortion!
The advantages of this trip are holidays in Greece, excursions and a guide in Italy!
This is only a small part of all the problems we have encountered! Avoid this company, otherwise they feel too confident for our money!

Italy-Greece tour. This is the worst thing that could happen to my family!!!!! Do not use their services, it is a complete deception and hassle. Skipping the planned excursions, we had to visit Austria, as a result, knowing that we would arrive there only at night, I gave the order to the drivers to go. Bottom line: we spent a lot of hours, turned around and went to Italy. Everything and everywhere is late, it is impossible to eat, it is not normal to go to the toilet. All the hotels where we stayed overnight are in terrible condition, it feels like it's from centuries past. The breakfasts that were announced were not enough for everyone. But the most disgusting thing is the guide Olga, there is just one solid minus: she does not communicate with tourists, does not know languages, cannot tell anything about cities, she simply pretended not to hear anything; she indicated the coordinates to the drivers incorrectly. We were on our way to Venice and ended up on the way to Milan. I had to show everyone who has the Internet the right route. When booking ferry tickets, I did not buy tickets for everyone. She left our passports on the sofas and went to negotiate, because the documents were unattended. In Greece, some tourists were poisoned at the hotel, Olga did not even ask about their condition, just locked herself in the room. He earns money on everything, comes up with sums on the go, starting from petty headphones, ending with paying for trips. In Budapest, I left tourists without documents in the city and went with the drivers to the hotel. I didn't warn anyone or even try to contact them! After calling the offices, another bus came for us. In a hotel in Hungary, a girl with a child was not checked into the room at all, citing personal conflicts. It was good that we had a room with two rooms and we were all accommodated. The next day, she promised that she would stop the bus and not take us home until we returned the money for our delivery from Budapest. And in the end, she tried to drop me and my family off on the highway (we were driving to the city of Lublin), saying that it was okay to call yourself a taxi! But after 30 minutes of arguing, the drivers took us to the city! When asked if they really don't care about their reputation, Olga replied that she didn't care, we had enough tourists!!!
To sum up: if you want to relax, you definitely are not here!!!! Take care of your time, nerves and money!!!!

After a trip to Italy in August 2024..... It's just terrible!!! It started with the bus, they changed the number without informing, stood and waited for an hour. Accompanying Natalia KHABALKA. They did not see Florence at all, they ran through it is not clear how. Buses are not comfortable, legs do not fit, if the passenger is large, then this is hell!!! A tourist was left at the sanitary stop in front of Venice, although the guide was asked to count the people. In Rome, the declared Pantheon and the Vatican were not seen. The fact that the repair of the metro line was not reported, although the travel agency knew. The whole city is in the woods, they are preparing for the jubilee year 2025, they all asked, they said there is no such thing. If you want to spoil your vacation and waste your money senselessly, go to this travel agency. On the way back, a couple of tourists came out to provide a comfortable ride for us, she took strangers who were drinking alcohol on the bus.

The tour is a test. It would seem that how can you spoil the impression of Paris? Anything impossible is possible.
1. The cost of the tour was increased after signing the contract and making an advance payment of 50 euros per person for the queue at the border, which was supposed to be occupied by the bus in advance. As a result, we traveled to Brest by train and the bus seemed to have been there for some time. But the result is 25 hours of border crossing. The band endured it all stoically.
2. Berlin, which was supposed to have several excursions, was completely removed from the program. Because of passing the border in order to keep up. It's unpleasant, but OK. But we didn't have time anywhere anyway!)
3. There wasn't enough time absolutely everywhere. Crumpled abbreviated paid (!) and not the cheapest excursions. Everything has been cut, even sanitary stops. Question: why sell a program that cannot be implemented in the allotted time?
4. The maintainer. We rode the bus in silence for 80% of the entire tour. To the justified claims of the group, she replied, "You know where to look for the Belarusian embassy," "Complain to the president," etc. During the tour, she turned almost the entire bus against herself. Irina, I sincerely greet you. Instead of smoothing out the corners, it only heated up the situation. Its main role is to aggressively collect money and sell incomprehensible services such as "transfer" when our transport is fully paid for under the contract.
5. Their contract. Any comment from the group was answered about force majeure. And according to the contract, they have the most extensive and unlimited rights) they can change the program unilaterally. How interesting! That is, you paid 100% of the tour, and received a cut, just so that not even all the declared cities, but the company does not owe you anything under the contract. It is interesting to check to what extent this contract, which is stuck on the knee, complies with the Civil Code? It looks like an incomplete provision of a service, for which you can demand a commensurate reduction in price. But not according to their agreement, of course. According to their contract, you are the only one with responsibilities. We'll write off everything for force majeure.
6. The price. If suddenly your choice falls on this company only because of the lower price, it is worth looking for another company. Additional excursions will be imposed on you on the bus, which you will go to for an additional fee.you will be threatened with being locked on the bus (in Brussels, for example) while those who paid for the tour are walking around the city.
In general, there is a lot more to say, but it turned out to be so long. I went on tours, I can compare the organization, the guide, and so on.

Beltourism gave me the worst tour.Italy-Greece tour.
It does not correspond at all to what I was promised at the conclusion of the contract.
1) The worst escort.
2) We saved money on transit hotels.
3) Tour by bus literally.
4)No 7 days in Greece(only 5)
5) Crossing on the threshold - places without seats.
The promised amenities are just a myth. They slept like bums wherever they were. And our seats were resold for a fee.
6) Instead of 2 night crossings, it turned out to be much more.
7) They charged 140 € for mandatory excursions, although the contract states that they were included in the price.
8) I am generally silent about the comfort of the bus.
9) We changed the date and time of departure in 1.5 days (We had to work hard from other cities to find transport to Minsk)
10)The accompanying person, who cannot count, lost me in Venice and did not even apologize, she opened up and was aware that I do not have the Internet.
11) The route and the obligatory excursions, which were done after a day and a half after a night move, were completely poorly thought out.
12)They do not know how to build a route in accordance with the bus standoff , which is why we were thrown into Bulgaria at night to loiter it is unclear where .
And in general, I demand CLARIFICATION on all these points!

tour Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic
This tour deservedly gets 10 stars of shame out of 10
What was wrong:
1. Let's start with the purchase of the tour: all the information had to be pulled out independently, when and how much to pay, the exact program by dates, before the trip itself, they were notified of an increase in the price of the tour
2. Escort: the person did not know anything for sure at all, was confused about the route, about where we were staying. It seemed that the person himself was going for the first time and did not really know anything
3. Organization: as a result, the route did not correspond to the tour program (at least we spent 2 nights in a hotel in Budapest, and not as stated in the program - one, we also did not spend the night in Miskolc, we did not visit it at all). As it turned out, there were guys on the tour who purchased the tour not from beltourism, but from dolchetrevel, muztur, zephyr travel. Our programs didn't match the density either
4. Hotels: well, there are no comments at all, we were notified that the hotels will be in the suburbs and 3 stars, but sorry, no one expected that these would be hotels for truckers. Throughout the trip, there were hunger games for the opportunity to dry your hair, because there was only one hair dryer for the entire hotel. The fact that there was one towel for all parts of the body is generally silent. You should forget about disposable slippers. It was not always clean in the hotels, some guys complained that it was smoky and there were noisy residents in the next room, in one of the hotels in our room the toilet door did not close at all, I had to sit on a throne holding the door with my hand. In the last hotel in the morning we found a man snoring in the hallway 🥰
5. The tour itself: the whole tour can be described in one phrase - galloping through Europe. We spent quite a bit of time in Vienna, but in Eger, where there is not much to see, two and a half shops, three cafes and 2 attractions, we spent a whole day, in Kosice we generally spent 2 hours)))
Mandatory excursions for 20 euros are generally a separate art. To listen to them, you definitely need to rent headphones (cost 7 euros for all excursions) because you will not hear anything in the end. The excursions themselves were about nothing, they took us for an hour, showed us 2 sights and told their story and that's it. And so it is in every city. It's absolutely not worth your money
6. The most interesting thing was at the border back! All the tourists were worried about whether we would be able to cross the border before the end of the visa. Many, if not all, who made it through a travel agency, were given it for a trip, and we had to make it so that we would not be deported. To all the worries, the escort replied that do not worry, we will be in time, and if we do not keep up, we will shove you into cars at the border🤡 There were not 2-3 people on the bus with a visa for the trip, but more than 10!!! It is unclear how they imagined it, because only 3 cars were parked at the border in the direction of Belarus. As a result, half an hour before the end of the visa, we managed to cross the border. But it wasn't over yet. After passing the Belarusian border, we stood for another 2 hours, if not more, and no one understood why. Later it turned out that we have Ukrainians on the bus who are being interrogated. The agency did not inform them about these interrogations, although they clarified this point before the trip and were told that everything would be fine. They found out about the interrogation only at the border to Europe, and they were informed about it by the escort, who said that the last time this procedure took 9 hours!!!
There's nothing to argue about, it's immediately clear that "professionals" work in this agency! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
