A vivid illustration of how the bank is getting worse and worse, with every innovation or beautiful slogan in the form of "Talking business." The first thing to note is: You will not be able to withdraw the "blue" dollars from the currency card when visiting the bank (I tried three addresses). This is a Russian roulette game where you will lose 100%. Banks do not have standard cash registers, as we are used to seeing. When you sit down in a chair opposite a specialist, it turns out that they have a box - an electronic cashier, or whatever it is, and a bank employee can only give you what this shaitan machine has provided him with. After unsuccessful attempts to achieve my goal, I gave up, agreed to this adventure, and as a result - not a single new one, all the old bills. It's very stuffy and hot in the bank, and as a result, someone is sweating there, probably because it smelled very bad on my last two visits. Parking is very bad: even for a fee, it is very difficult to find a place. The bank did not provide guest parking. My feedback is extremely negative.

It's just a disgusting operation of the mobile application. Each update is accompanied by the removal of the previous version, a hemorrhoid installation from the new site, where you again need to remember and enter usernames and passwords. None of the bank's mobile applications are updated in this way and do not require so much time. It's just terrible, and most importantly, they don't warn you in any way about the update, but you urgently need to log in and please spend a lot of time on this update. No customer orientation!

I did not expect such work from BELWEB, or rather complete inaction! On 24.01.24, a technical malfunction occurred and money was debited from the card twice. I immediately called the bank, they said that the money would be returned no later than 08.01.25. I called the bank three more times, they promised to return it on the same day, then they said they needed three more working days! I wonder when my money will be returned? This is the first time I've encountered such an outrage! I do not recommend this bank!
