The ATM is located on Gagarin Street. Next to the Euroopt. They called tech support, and they said, "Your card is not visible in the system, wait for collection." We wait. A couple of days later, a call came: "Your card is still missing." She just disappeared. As a result, without cash, without a card, without help. The bank employee throws up her hands, there is no solution. We actually found ourselves in a desperate situation. A very unpleasant experience. Be careful.

If you deposit a large amount, some bank employees say that the money will come immediately, others that it will take 12 hours, and others that it will take 3 days.

I opened a deposit in this bank in May 2025, after 3 months the deadline ended, I closed it, and in November I received a text message that I owed the bank 2 rubles. They explain that some kind of package of services has been paid since October! I was not provided with any services, be attentive to this bank, the staff clearly do not have complete information when concluding deposit agreements. Don't bring them your own money!
