A very unpleasant situation has happened to us. We came from Russia, we had only one bank card. We tried to withdraw cash, but the ATM "chewed" the card and did not return it. The ATM is located on Gagarin Street. Next to the Euroopt. They called tech support, and they said, "Your card is not visible in the system, wait for collection." We wait. A couple of days later, a call came: "Your card is still missing." She just disappeared. As a result, without cash, without a card, without help. The bank employee throws up her hands, there is no solution. We actually found ourselves in a desperate situation. A very unpleasant experience. Be careful.

Good day! A bank with which there are always some problems. There may not be a single person in the department except you, but you can wait 15 or 20 minutes for them to pay attention to you (and that's because you're already doing great). I can't reach you. There is a constant glitch or conversation interrupts. And you still can't get an answer to your question. When depositing the card account in the terminal (in cash), the terminal may fail, return the card, but not give the money. And then you have to go to the bank on a weekday to write an application, and then wait an unknown amount of time for your money to be returned to you.
