We came in and said we wanted to smoke a hookah and eat.At the entrance, we were told: "come in and look at your place, otherwise I don't have time-everything changes too quickly"... then, seeing our confusion on our face, another MC offered to come with us. Then they took our order, the drinks were brought quickly enough. We waited for the hookah man for half an hour. Then he came up and said, "Sorry, we ran out of coals, there are no more hookahs." I asked to cancel everything. He immediately said what he was going to do, asked what we were going to do. We asked for something without a chill, something creamy, maybe ice cream or something else that is without a chill. The hookah was brought in about fifteen minutes with a chilling cold! My husband asked me to change it. After 7 minutes, a new one was brought: ginger, gingerbread + something else (no creaminess and barely dragging ...) an hour passed ... we scored on the hookah, but there is still no food. No one warned about the waiting time and did not come up to tell you that you still need to wait. In general, I will not go here anymore and I do not advise others.

We came for breakfast and were given a menu. The choice of dishes is very good, by the way) A waiter girl ran past us for about 15 minutes, I looked into her eyes, waved, and called with my voice. Zero emotions - apparently we were transparent to her. So they left, as they say, without drinking salt. Fortunately, there is no shortage in the assortment of cafes now, we had a great breakfast elsewhere.

I stopped by this place for lunch. There were 30 minutes available. I asked the waiter which of the dishes is prepared the fastest, they said that everything is prepared quickly. As a result, I never got my spaghetti. They didn't bring my dish to me for 20 minutes. The waiter came up once and said that my dish would be ready in a minute. I waited another 5 minutes and left. Thanks to the juice manufacturer for at least tasting it.
If it takes a long time to prepare a particular dish, do not deceive your visitors, but speak directly. The problem lies precisely in misinformation. I couldn't taste your dishes, so I can't evaluate them. Thank you.
