Half of the menu is missing at 12 p.m. We were able to advise you to wait until 14. The prices are restaurant prices. I came by on occasion with friends from St. Petersburg - it was a shame. It's a shame!
The price tag is high, even very high, and the place is not even a two.
Yesterday, my husband and I went to celebrate the tenth anniversary of our family. From the very beginning, everything went wrong. My husband ordered a table with a view of the avenue, but we were booked a table with a view of the terrace. Of course, we said that we had ordered a table with a view of the avenue and they promised to transfer us if such a place was available. As a result, we were transplanted.
We made an order and then it started: behind a large portion of salad there was a lush pile of leaves and 5 thin slices of chicken fillet, 40 grams at most, huddled next to them. This was very frustrating, considering that the salad cost 20 rubles. But I will say that it tasted just delicious and it compensated for all the disadvantages. After that, they served risotto with shrimp and... guys, it's a shame!!! It's just a SHAME!!! The dish is 370 grams and 3 shrimps were put on a whole plate of sticky, slimy, slightly damp rice in sauce!!! 3, Carl😂😂😂

My husband ordered Tom Yang, there were no questions for him, and risotto with mushrooms. The dish is also very controversial, not to say that it is delicious and also empty, my husband ate it because he was very hungry.
Dirty wine glasses became the cherry on the cake. I even felt sorry for the waiter, he saw it perfectly well, but he simply remained silent on my claim, there was nothing to answer.
As a result, we left this place very quickly, I did not eat the dish, but only tried a few rice on the tip of a fork, but still paid for it. Although in such a situation, taking money is the height of shamelessness! And the waiter did not even apologize for the dirty dishes and did not offer to make up for the situation with a compliment from the institution or a discount on the bill.
The festive evening is hopelessly spoiled, complete disrespect for its guests. We walked home in silence, thanks to the Birch Tree for the "wonderful" impressions!

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant did not leave the most pleasant impression. The service was extremely unpleasant, and it seemed that the staff did not show proper attention to customers.
The dishes were generally good, but the borscht, unfortunately, did not meet expectations: it was tasteless, and the vegetables looked as if they had just been chopped and added to warmed beetroot water.
We ordered spaghetti: one portion was brought, and the second, it seems, was simply forgotten. We waited 40 minutes, and eventually realized that, most likely, they would not bring us a second portion. When we decided to call the waiter and asked about the delay, she replied without apology, saying that the kitchen was just delayed, although there were quite a few customers in the restaurant. Moreover, she did not offer an apology and asked if we would continue to wait or if we would prefer to cancel the order. It was pretty rude and unprofessional.
Unfortunately, such an experience does not make you want to return to this restaurant. I hope that in the future the management will pay attention to the level of customer service.

We recently visited with my husband to celebrate the anniversary. The receptionist at the entrance disappeared after the greeting. The order was expected for about an hour. There is no waiter in the hall. The other guests had a banquet and were served first. Pumpkin soup with shrimp is the only delicious dish from the order for 100 rubles.
The renovation in the establishment is good, the atmosphere is cold. There was no celebration. There is no desire to return to this place anymore.

We celebrated the alumni meeting on 11/30/2024. We were here a year ago. The cuisine has become much worse compared to last year, the choice is worthless, the quality of the dishes is very mediocre.
The medium asked for the steak, and the rare was brought.
Salads are tasteless.

Despite our discontent, the restaurant staff behaved arrogantly and did not try to correct the situation in any way
Although the prices in the restaurant are not small at all
The menu is very poor
Unfortunately, they forgot to take a photo, as they did not even plan to write a review, but the attitude of the waiter and the administrator did their job

The most controversial impression was left from visiting the institution. We ordered blueberry pancakes with condensed milk and cognac sauce and Benedict with turkey on Viennese waffles.
1. Long waiting for dishes. The workload of the hall is 10%, the waiting time for dishes is about 20-25 minutes.
2. Pancakes. The menu says that they come with condensed milk and cognac sauce. There was no cognac at all. The waiter did not say anything during the voicing of the order. As soon as they found out that there was no cognac in the sauce, they informed the waiter about it, to which she said, "well, it's evaporating, I'll check with the chef." As a result, after talking with the chef, it was said that the dish was under development and there was no cognac there anymore. Ice cream was offered as a substitute. A compliment is a compliment, but the menu is a public offer.
3. Benedict was served on a Viennese waffle, which was 100% yesterday's quality. Even the knife could barely cope with its task.
In general, the cafe has a good interior, stunning views, but the kitchen is lame.

This is an amazing place, probably nothing in Belarus surprised me as much as this cafe.
The cafe is located in the very center, with a beautiful view.
We went there for lunch, it was Monday, 04/29., of the selected dishes: borscht was absent, pancakes with lightly salted salmon were absent, in general any pancakes from the usual menu were over, but you can order from a business lunch (the topic of pancakes has remained a secret for me).

They came with their family for dinner, greeted us normally, and escorted us to a reserved table. We were given a menu, we ordered 3 types of snacks, drinks and 4 hot dishes.
We waited a very long time (taking into account that the landing was 35-40 percent), brought drinks and snacks without a single word, they didn't tell us anything about tinctures, although before that we visited restaurants with the same price tag, but the attitude was completely different to the guests. But the hot dishes were terrible, we waited for them for another 40 minutes and brought us this miracle called grilled octopus. You can't chew it, you can't cut it, but most importantly, it was just boiled or, how to say it correctly, overcooked. They called the waiter, asked us to replace him, he was poor rushing around with this plate all over the hall, 30 minutes passed and they said they couldn't replace him (well, probably because they couldn't cook him) They told me to choose something else. But what interests me is the work of the waiter and the administrators was, not that it was zero, but it did not exist at all.
I also ordered their pasta with beef in red wine, the pasta was too sweet, stuck together and undercooked (too far from al dente) the beef is tough and tasteless, although the most expensive pasta on their menu.
The drinks were normal, we ordered a liter of lemonade, but it felt like there was half a liter, and the rest was ice.
In short, it is not tasty and expensive. We were ready to pay money for delicious and fresh food, but it was a pity to pay for such a thing. The attitude of the staff is at a very low level, and in less expensive restaurants they are treated better. It was the first and last time.

IT'S A MESS.
We've booked a table for Friday night. It started with the fact that the administrator searched for our reservation for a long time, then assumed that "your men are already waiting for you over there" (we refused - not ours))), then confusedly brought us to the end of the hall, turned around and sat us at an empty table without a sign "Reserved"... Apparently, if all the tables were occupied, there would be no place for us.
Two waiters rushed to serve us at once. It's nice, of course, but it's a mess again. One took an order for drinks, the other to the kitchen, as a result, in the middle of the evening, the drinks we had not ordered were brought, and the hot snack for the fourth friend, it seems, was simply lost! After many of our questions to the waiters and the receptionist, she found a minute AFTER the hot one! Moreover, we waited 2 hours for the hotter.................. As an apology, even before the hot one, they brought a very strong sweet mini-cocktail in glasses - but my friend couldn't drink this on an empty stomach ......
The kitchen is average, something is delicious, something is very average. It was difficult to chew the duck in the salad, no DorBlo cheese was found, papardelle with mushrooms tasteless because of the champignons, it is much tastier in Minsk. Well, at least the tongue is well cooked.
At the beginning of the evening, just in case, we reminded the waiter that we celebrate 3 birthdays here at once. Do you think you got a compliment from the institution??? Despite the fact that in the hall they congratulated other people with fireworks once or twice in front of us. We will survive, it only speaks about the level of the institution and the attitude towards customers.
In general, the evening was thoroughly ruined, they were afraid to order dessert or something else. 2 stars only for the interior and the smiles of the waiters.
I do NOT recommend it.
PS: after the feedback, the administration contacted us and offered to come for dessert. Thank you for reading at least, but we needed that evening with 3 others.

They will prepare delicious pasta for you, and they will give you cold borscht, but with warm sour cream. Your order will be accepted in 20 minutes with a half-empty hall, but they will assure you that there are a lot of orders. The first course will be TEA and COFFEE, not hot dishes or salads. Half of the dishes deserve praise, and the others you will not be able to force yourself to eat. Before ordering, ask what is on the menu. AMBIVALENCE is the correct name for this institution. But, however, the city is good, and it is not necessary to spoil the mood because of the food. It can be worse.
