This is an apartment. We had a 2-room apartment on the 28th floor. Excellent repair, everything is there. Gotcha met me on the street because we got a little lost in the night. Speaks Russian well, lost in price. We recommend it.

The hotel is good.modern.brand new.not far from the sea. The hosts are very hospitable. The rooms are small.but cozy. there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a refrigerator.electric kettle.hair dryer.air conditioning.TV and so on.. Of the cons: the construction site under the windows. not high-quality room cleaning before our check-in (maybe that's just what we got).some minor flaws: something needs to be tweaked somewhere...fix it and so on... But in general.we recommend it!)) and too picky should look for a 5* hotel...where the cost will be appropriate!

2 families had a rest in July 2017, cozy, clean rooms. Delicious and inexpensive food on the territory of the hotel. Very helpful hosts. The beach is 100 meters away. We are very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone!
