The elevator works even when the lights are off. View from the window to the opposite house and diagonally to the sea. Unfortunately, the sunset is not visible from the balcony. There is an armchair and a table with chairs on the balcony. A system for drying clothes with clothespins, so there is a place to dry. But keep in mind that the sun does not appear on the balcony at all. So there's always a shadow there. In the heat, this is a plus. If the weather is rainy or cool, the room is cold and damp. It's good that the air conditioner is running for heating. The room is small. It's comfortable for one person, but I don't think there's enough space for two people. Although, it's individual. In general, everything is available: there is a gas stove, a TV, good lighting, a minimum set of products: oil, salt, etc., there is a detergent, a sponge, a floor cloth, a mop and a vacuum cleaner, an iron and a kettle. Washing machine and even powder. I used my laundry gel. There is a refrigerator. There are hygiene kits in the bathroom. Disposable slippers. Clear. Comfortably. For those who prefer apartments, everything is simply gorgeous. But I still prefer a hotel room where cleaning is done every day or on request. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. Apartments are good for me when you come to live for a long time. How to rent an apartment. But the new experience was also interesting. Overall, the place is good. The hostess is always in touch, answers all questions, and is friendly. I liked everything.

A great place for a couple or even a family to stay. Plenty of space, wonderful view from the balcony, comfortable kitchen, pleasant audience in the lobby, many shops nearby. The promenade for walking and the beach are a 2-minute walk away (for whom it is relevant, I visit Batumi in autumn and winter), a cozy park nearby. If desired, 20-30 min walk to the old town. The same amount is in the other direction - to the spotting point of Batumi airport.

Excellent location - the first coastline. If you wish, you can get to the center of Batumi on foot (20-25 minutes), or by bus (stop 1 minute from the apartment hotel). We stayed on the 29th floor with a sea view. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay with a family (three people). The price is also normal. The owner of the apartments Gotcha is very hospitable and friendly. I recommend it!
