I had to go to another flower shop to fix the situation a little and pay another person extra, but the employees here REFUSED to do this. It's a shame for such a negligent attitude. We will not order any more here, because this is not the first time when not fresh flowers are added (the condition of the roses is visible in 1 photo. Yesterday we took 5 sprigs of bush roses as a gift to a friend, to say that they feel bad is to say nothing. We arrived 5 minutes before closing time, but it's late. I understand that everyone wants to go home, so I didn't pack the flowers. The girl was in a hurry, did not really cut anything, did not remove it, tied it with a ribbon and gave the flowers. Upon arrival home, the ribbon loosened and almost did not hold the flowers, it was nothing, I tied it myself. Waking up in the morning, the flowers got even worse, a couple of buds had to be cut off because they literally crumbled. It's a shame, I don't even know how to give it to anyone now.Previously, I always took flowers there, everything was great, now I'll think 100 times before I buy more there. My fault is also definitely there, that I arrived 5 minutes before closing, but I think my work can be done efficiently and it's okay if you stay 10 minutes longer
