Hello to all readers! The review may be tedious and long, but it will be useful for everyone who plans to come here in 2026. Starting in April, we visited 2 families with children of 10 years old 1) The place is very cool, beautiful, fresh air, gates for football (important for boys) very clean and cool fishing (we didn't have much, maybe because of spawning or because of the rather windy cool weather) 2) The houses are quite spacious and cozy, but at first glance, there are not enough dishes at our expense (there are clay plates that do not really fit into the microwave that is in the house, 3 mugs, 3 glasses, 6 clay flat and 6 deep plates, several forks, the spoons and knives, whose purity is questionable, were all washed, there is also an electric tile that has not seen washing for exactly a year, the pots and pans have the same condition, it was unpleasant to cook even potatoes in a uniform). Everyone in the kitchen has been tired of the guests for a long time. 3) The bed linen is clean and fresh, thanks for that. 4) In house number 1 there was a horde of ants where we were settled, noticing that we turned to the owner, respect for the quick reaction and replacement of the house (but all the attributes in the form of plates, cutlery, etc. left much to be desired), but it was a shame that there was no discount for such an unpleasant moment 5) The bathhouse was heated heartily, there were obviously not enough towels, we had to take them from another house, and that was because we were alone on the weekend and could easily take things from another house with ants, sheets and hats, there were no soap accessories, alas, plus we went to another house to bath with ants it was not heated and it was not very comfortable, the bath is hot, the house is cold. 6) as a result :there is a lack of good cleaning, clean and new dishes, which forces us to go to a cafe on the territory for a crazy price tag to eat (we did not go, we saved ourselves with all our accessories), bath accessories and possibly leisure, even if you are the only guests in 6 houses.

We had a family vacation with 4 people on the May holidays in 2025 in house #3. Very quiet and very cozy, clean, warm, 50 meters to the water, beautiful. There is a banquet house on the territory, we also rested there one evening and it was fun and noisy inside. But we didn't hear anything in our house, beauty! If you want to have fun, you want to relax in silence. The barbecue was great! In general, we liked it, the owner is very friendly! Thanks! And the cons of everything can be found if you look! The base has a barbecue area, a banquet hall and my love love is just a stunning two-story raft. The raft is just space, everything is there:barbecue, refrigerator, swing. Now about the cons: the houses are dirty, dirty, dusty underwear was lying on the floor, the sauna was not very good, and driving from the highway through the villages at a speed of 40 km/h was about 30 km. You can make noise until 22:00, the neighbors in the village are unhappy. That the meaning of the summer terrace is already lost. Barbecues and cauldrons are getting dirty. If you're going, take grates or skewers with you, they're not in good condition there either. The kettle wasn't working. In general, my impressions of the visit are not very good. We left early so as not to spoil further impressions of the good weather and the weekend. I do not recommend visiting.

Constantly makes comments))) Os, there are a lot of OS! It is not possible to sit at the table!!!! There are 5 drowning wasps in a glass in a minute! We survived a little bit. I poured a glass of wasps on the grass, the remark was immediately made....He probably would have preferred that we didn't eat/drink.
