After the renovation, everything became much more civil and comfortable, even a wardrobe appeared. The price of food is overestimated (for example, a currant compote of medium deliciousness 200ml -1.20, for two microcotlets of "nest" 100g 5.75.), the price still did not go anywhere. But the staff... A separate story. On the next visit, not only did they not say hello, but they also almost kicked me out into the wardrobe (although I was wearing a light windbreaker). When serving dishes, they silently and carelessly put down the plate and leave, to show gratitude, no thanks, no goodbye. I highly recommend that you train your staff, since you have raised prices and are moving to a new level.

The hotel is normal. Pros: very kind and helpful receptionists at the reception, more or less clean rooms. On the downside: our room was not vacuumed before our arrival, as there was a beer bottle of the previous tenants behind the door, if the floor had been vacuumed, it would have been noticed. And the second negative is the inscription in front of the hotel "I love Volkovysk": at 5 a.m., young people and girls walking around the city were taking pictures and laughing very loudly around her. After that, they didn't fall asleep and were like a broken trough.
