But here's the atmosphere... very uncomfortable and depressing! The hall is empty, a couple of people are hurriedly eating while looking at their phones with sound, mournful music is playing, some people in jackets are sneaking along the counter, solving issues. As a result, the atmosphere of a cheap cafe, and the prices of a good restaurant. Well, 12% for the service does not add positivity.
