Arrogant guys, the cashier is rude. In February, I exchanged tenge for dollars, and after a while I came with the same bills to exchange them back into tenge. The cashier accepted the money, ran it through the machine and returned one bill, saying it was damaged, there was some kind of seal on it, he said he would not accept it, to which I replied that I had taken these bills from them. The cashier said she didn't know anything and sent me to the bank.
