everything is very bad with delivery and service. I ordered workbooks for my daughter, waited 2 weeks. They called and said come pick up your order. When I arrived, it turned out that there was no notebook at all (no one warned me about it). The assortment in the store may not be bad, but something needs to be done with the staff.
