And she said it so that we could hear, with great dissatisfaction and even some kind of disdain. Secondly, when they put the child in the chair, in response to the question of how to cut hair and our explanation, matser, without even looking at the child, immediately began to express her dissatisfaction with cutting with scissors so that we would understand this. That he would be sitting, and in general... It seemed that the master simply did not want to find any approach to the child or do anything at all. Apparently, we interfered with her plans. When we asked her why she was behaving like this, the master responded with a whole storm of abuse that we were such that she was a super professional who even cuts autistic hair! That she has three higher educations, one of which is pedagogical. At the same time, she did not hesitate to use abusive language, insulting us parents and our children in their presence, in very high tones, literally shouting at us. Naturally, after such a tirade of abuse, we did not, let alone get a haircut from this unfortunate master, but simply left... I can only say one thing, this person has no place in the field of services for kids. She is inadequate. She did not provide us with a complaint book, she wanted to complain to the president right away. That's the experience....
