I have been to this institution 2 times. The first time, on a weekday, everything was fine. The second time, I really messed up my opinion of this institution. After I made a reservation for a certain time (2 o'clock in time), I came to play with my company. At some point, the light above our table went out. (And we didn't have time to finish playing) I left to figure out what the problem was, because there were at least 10-15 minutes before the end of our time. To which the cashier at the entrance replied that our table was booked and we needed to leave. When asked how it happened that we didn't finish the game in due time, he replied that the reservation had arrived and that was it. Go away. They asked for a complaint book. We received an answer that there is no complaint book in the institution, and in general, write reviews. Well, that's about it... Have you clarified whether we will pay the full price in 2 hours or a little less? To which we received the answer, which is slightly less. As a result, after paying off, the company and I recalculated and found out that we were not just charged for 2 hours, but even a little more. I understand that a ruble or two is not terrible, but it is very unpleasant that this happened, because for the first time, everything was in order.
