Nice renovation, friendly staff. All questions will be answered, everything will be told, everything will be shown. I had an ultrasound for examination. The price was pleasant and the nearest windows were. As I understand it, in a medical center you can just do examinations for yourself, as well as prepare for women and get pregnant. Be healthy, everyone! If something needs to be checked, I would contact Bina again.

On 03/21/2026, he had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. with urologist A.A. Zhebentyaev with persistent pain in the groin (Referral from the insurance company: consultation with a urologist, examination in accordance with the diagnosis). On the eve, I received a call from the registry office to clarify my appointment with a doctor with a question and a wish about rescheduling my time to 13:00, which I refused. I arrived at the appointment at the appointed time. At the same time, by the same time, a man was sitting for an appointment with this doctor ...I went in and started telling my problem (Pulling pain in the groin area).After listening, without examination, the doctor prescribed Vitaprost pills, based on the ultrasound of 2023 (chronic prostatitis) and told him to come to his office in a month for an appointment (ultrasound, smears on the flora of the dog, a general spermogram ultrasound of the bladder). After much persuasion, the doctor nevertheless prescribed recommendations for the examination. The examination data could have been done on the same day at this clinic!?to confirm the diagnosis and prescribe appropriate treatment (if necessary), however, the doctor ignored my requests for an examination on the same day, so as not to walk and waste his time (I was prepared for these procedures: fasting, abstinence from sexual activity, full bladder), as a man was sitting in the hallway and waiting in line..... The entire consultation took no more than 10 minutes. Now I have to walk with a nagging pain in my groin and look for an examination record, but in other medical institutions.

I contacted the center on 05.12.2025 for the test results. The attitude of the administrator Margarita is terrible. Not only with a haughty look and unwillingness to let the patient go, but also there are no communication skills with patients. They are reluctant to specify which tests. They explain, "Don't worry, they'll send you everything." When talking to a patient, they can't look up from their desk chair, they're talking while they're sitting, and they don't pay any attention to clarifying questions, "what else can I help you with?" "are there any other questions?" "let's check your email address data?" , they also do not explain how much the analysis result is being prepared. In every possible way, the facial expression shows dissatisfaction and a desire to say goodbye to the patient. I ask the management to conduct an explanatory conversation on how the administrator of the medical center should communicate with patients who seek help.
