Biotopia is a biological museum located in Vasaparken, next to the Faculty of Economics at Uppsala University. It is dedicated to the fauna of the historical province of Uppland and is designed mainly for schoolchildren. One of the oldest museums of this type was founded back in 1910. The museum's mascot is Wilma, an aluminum wild pig. If Wilma (on a chain) is standing in front of the entrance, then the museum is open. When the museum closes, the staff carries Wilma inside.
