A cozy, warmly lit space with rustic decor and soft background music. The tables are well-spaced, making conversation easy without feeling secluded. The staff greet you with genuine smiles, setting a positive tone from the start. Highly recommended 🤎🤛🏾

Any rating below 5 stars is not fair. Perfect and amazing experience. A blend of amazing flavors and food texture. Creativity at its best. What makes the experience even better are the very friendly and helpful staff. They are smiling, informative and professional at all times. An experience that I would like to try every time I visit Saint Petersburg.

Well, it is hard to find the words....but I will try. Great inventive cooking. Well matched flavours and textures. Incredible value for money. Fine dining at the highest level. Many people speak about michelin stars in regards to The Birch. If I am honest, it would rate 1 or 2 stars. Probably closer to 2. Staff are a delight. Professional and friendly. Attentive without being overbearing. The wine list is extensive and carefully curated. Highly recommended.
