For desserts, they took strudel and a cake with pear and dor blue cheese. The strudel is moderately sweet, pleasant filling, baked dough. The cake is good. The balance of salt and sweetness is maintained. The only thing that surprised me was that in places between the layers of biscuit you can find just grated pieces of cheese directly with mold. That is, it is not something that was combined with the cream, but as a separate layer. The pear is also felt. There is a cool caramelized decor on top, which goes well with salted cheese. We bought 4 different pieces of cakes for the trip. But, we were disappointed with the taste and quality. For such a price, the products could be used a little better. Only cottage cheese and gelatin are used in cheesecakes. There is no taste of cream or cream cheese. Bland. The caramel stretches, but not with a thin thread, but with the whole piece coming off the cake. It tastes starchy. The strawberry mousse sponge cake tastes like the cheapest mass-produced cake.
