Amazing service. Vehicle showed up promptly, was clean inside and luxury. I didnt use the water or drinks but they were offered which was nice. Girlfriend had to pee so driver stopped at first availble stop no questions asked. 10/10 would reccomend

I used the services of this company for the first time. We arrived at Antalya airport, we ordered a transfer to Side. There was a slight hitch, we waited about 20 minutes. We drove a good minibus, with air conditioning, they give us free water, which is important after a long flight. The minibus is in excellent condition, seat belts, armrests, everything is working properly, nothing is falling off. The driver drove carefully. In the end, he helped me find a more precise place.
I ordered their transfer back. Everything went even better. They wrote to me on whatsapp at what time they would pick me up, half an hour before that time, a link opens in your order, which allows you to track the movement of your car and get out exactly by its arrival. I ordered a transfer back in Russia. But our flight was delayed and after waiting an hour, the car left. Another taxi arrived 10 minutes later! The car looked like a royal mansion! For the first time we went to Turkey without a transfer included in
the tour price, so it became necessary to find a carrier to the hotel and back. I found information about Bizim Transfer on the Internet based on positive reviews, decided to contact them and did not lose. I immediately booked a transfer, communication is carried out via e-mail and WhatsApp. We clarified all the details and upon arrival an employee with an appropriate sign was waiting for us, put us in a minibus (6-7 people were traveling with us). Because I did not pay for the transfer in advance, there were minor problems with payment, because cash rubles and payment by Russian card are not accepted for obvious reasons. The problematic issues were resolved as soon as possible through a messenger with a Russian-speaking employee. I.e., it is especially necessary to note the customer orientation of the organization. By the way, we immediately arranged a return transfer. The prices are adequate, the transport is excellent. In general, I recommend the carrier, it is unlikely that you will find a better price-quality ratio in Turkey.

If you want to save time and nerves, do not use Bizim Transfer services. They made us a lot nervous and now they're trying to make us look guilty.
We used their services twice. We reached the hotel without any complaints and therefore decided to use the transfer again to get to the airport.
Initially, we were bothered that they were going to bring us to the airport 2 hours before the international departure, as a rule, they bring us 3 hours so that everything goes smoothly.
The departure was at 11.00, the transfer was expected at 8.25, then they wrote to us that there was a delay of 10 minutes, and then they just sent the geolocation of the driver and there was no communication. As a result, the driver was 40 minutes late, did not apologize and did not hurry anywhere, although we were already on edge.
And then the car just stopped closing the door (later the company blamed us for this, because we dared to open the automatic door manually. This leads to the question, if the Mercedes door can be broken by opening it, then what quality of transport does the company provide?). We sat in the car for 30 minutes, the operators did not give any answers and did not offer any solution. As a result, we took an overdraft taxi to the airport ourselves, and JUST MIRACULOUSLY managed to catch our flights.
What did Bizim Transfer do? nothing. All we got from them was blatant lies and accusations about everything that happened. They even refused to refund the transfer fee. They also informed us about a sudden witness, accused us of being rude to the driver (we didn't say a word to him, and the "witness" didn't even seem to be Russian-speaking). The most amazing thing is that even the operator communicating with the driver became a witness, you see, he heard everything we said, but considering that we were talking quietly among ourselves and discussing whether it was time for us to buy new tickets, it is very interesting what the rudeness was.
Also, all correspondence is saved in the chat, but they start lying that they offered us an alternative transfer and called us, of course this was not the case, but they were not confused that we have all the evidence :)
In general, an extremely negative impression remained, especially from all the lies received and the attitude towards customers.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING BIZIM TRANSFER if you do not want to get unpleasant impressions about your trip to Turkey. You can be deceived, wrongly accused and thrown for money!!
We used Bizim transfer services 2 times. The first experience of the trip by this company was extremely positive. Upon arrival in Antalya, the manager contacted us on time and escorted us to the car. The trip was very comfortable, the polite English-speaking driver offered us water, drove the car carefully, helped us load and get our suitcases, in general we were happy with the trip, so we decided to use their services on the way back, which, as it turned out, was a huge mistake.
Let's go in order. We booked a car a couple of days in advance with an indication of the arrival time at the hotel at 8:05. The day before, we received a message that the car would pick us up at 8:25. When asked why the time was changed, the manager ignored me, but we did not focus attention, deciding that there would be enough time anyway.
The driver did not arrive at the specified time. I immediately started writing to the managers, to which they fed me for ten minutes and sent the geolocation of the car. As a result, the driver came to pick us up at 9:00 (at that time, check-in for the flight was already beginning, we had a departure at 11:00). The driver did not even apologize for being late, he did everything very slowly. He didn't speak English, so we couldn't communicate with him. After giving him our things, we headed for the door to open it and get in and drive as soon as possible. They opened the car door by pulling the handle. Then the door stopped closing. We stood in one place for 30 minutes, the door wouldn't close, no one did anything about it. The manager I was in touch with did nothing and when asked if they could send another car, he said, "you can take a taxi if you want." As a result, due to the very tight time, we picked up our things and took a taxi for overprice. At the same time, I had a dialogue with the manager, who gave me answers to "fuck off." We managed to catch the flight by a miracle, I can't say otherwise, since we arrived at the airport already at the time of check-in closing.
Further, when I started writing my objective outrages to the company and demanding a refund, they began to accuse us of addressing the driver with profanity, and the reason for the door breakage was us (they said this after we left, no one said anything on the spot). Suddenly, according to Bizim's representative, it turns out that everyone understood and spoke Russian, but why could no one really say and explain anything at the time of the incident? They also allegedly brought in a witness - another passenger in the car, but I was refused my requests to show his "testimony". Then they began to cross the boundaries in their accusations and said that they offered us another car at the moment, that the conversation about it was conducted on the phone, although the whole dialogue was exclusively in the messenger (I have all the screenshots and recordings), but allegedly we refused it ourselves and took a taxi solely at will. In general, they blamed us for this incident, refused to refund funds for services that we did not use, and wasted a lot of nerves and time. I was extremely indignant and had a long correspondence with a representative of Bizim, which caused only dislike.
Be careful and be prepared for the fact that you will be framed, deceived, accused without evidence and spoil the impression of the trip if you decide to use their services!
