A good hotel in the price/quality ratio. Among the advantages are decent food (solid four stars, the choice is not very large, but everything is perfectly cooked, very tasty, soups, salads, fish, meat, chicken daily, there was also duck and lamb), alcohol - beer in cans, South African wine, strong drinks. If this is important to you, there are no pizzas, French fries, or kebabs here. An undoubted advantage is the sea, a gorgeous beach within walking distance, there is a bar on the beach, a shower, and plenty of sun beds. Towels can be taken during the day from 8.00 to 17.00. There are slides on the beach, they work according to the schedule for free. There is nowhere much to go outside the hotel gates, a couple of shops and supermarkets. I would especially like to mention the Brand of forest and City Hill. If your goal is a beach vacation without straining for food, then this is your option. If you need walks, hangouts, and attractions, you need to look for something else.

There are not many salads, but there are fresh vegetables. Desserts include delicious mousses and puddings.
White /red wine, 2 types of beer Kaiser and Amstel. The bars have local gin, vodka, rum, and whiskey. The quality is better than Turkish.
A good gym: a block simulator, dumbbells, barbells, an exercise bike and treadmills.

The hotel is normal, we arrived at 3 p.m. during check-in, we were sent to eat from the road and immediately checked in. The location is convenient, close to supermarkets and shops. Well, you can wait 5-7 days, you won't stay hungry, but everything is monotonous, although delicious. Everything seems to be there, but the assortment is quite small.
The alcohol is of high quality, everything is presented, but the cocktail list is a bit poor.
The beach is large, clean, lifeguards are everywhere, sun beds are plentiful, a pool + a children's pool, bars on the beach and by the pool.
I lowered my rating solely for the hotel's policy towards guests.
An example is a foam party for which tickets were sold to locals. In the end, we all just had to leave with the kids because the pool was filled with Arabs and Dubai gypsies, who were shouting and insolent.. In short, the hotel guests were not a priority that evening.
It's the only time and the moment, but the aftertaste is unpleasant. There is animation, discos, aqua aerobics, you can smoke anywhere and in the room. Everything is clean and polite.
There is a children's room, but unattended. In general, I recommend it, there are no special complaints.

The room was cleaned daily until lunch while we were on the bay. The food was excellent, everything was fresh and of high quality. The beach is within walking distance. It's always clean. You can change beach towels without any problems. The most important thing is the people who serve. Always friendly and helpful! Especially the man who offers excursions. He will tell you everything, help you, just a godsend for Russian tourists. We took an excursion to Dubai from him, we did not regret it!

We had a vacation in March 2025. Nice beach, nice open natural water area. The sun beds are comfortable, there was always enough space. As for the hotel building and rooms, they are all very well-lived, but there is no dirt. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and the bathroom decoration is very entertaining. We had a room on the ground floor. Nutrition: it's a long way from Turkish and Egyptian abundance, but you won't starve either. Holidays in the UAE have never been cheap, and staying at this hotel is clearly for the money. What I didn't like was the area around me- it was kind of dirty and dark, not at all Emirati. We took a taxi to Manar Mall, there is a beautiful embankment, you can take a walk and take a photo. I can't recommend the hotel for my first visit to the UAE due to its distance from iconic places, but I recommend it to tourists like me who have been to the UAE many times, have seen almost everything and just want to swim in the sea and lie on the beach.

We had a rest on November 12-23, 2024. The sea is close, the 1st line, but the steps are straining, if there are problems with joints and knees, you probably are not here. And so for additional fitness- great. Shows from the animation team every day, gymnastics, boccia, aqua aerobics alternate in the sea and pool, yoga, darts, volleyball - every day. The pool bar, the beach bar- everything that is supposed to flow like a river, but beer and tonic in tin are opened in front of you. On the photo of the site there is a banana alley to the sea, now it is not there, flowers are planted. The food is normal, you won't be hungry, the fruits are all cut, there is no coffee machine - you need to ask the employee to pour Latte, espresso or cappuccino, it's strange..and there are such disadvantages.. Condors are set up for 22 grams everywhere- zolodina in the dining room, cold in the lobby, on tour buses..When asked to make 24 grams or turn it off, they say that it is hot for the locals, but they are in their clothes with sleeves and up to their toes.. Whiskey and rum are fine, beer and gin/tonic are also good. We drove from Dubai for 1 hour. Go on an excursion to Dubai and Oman by yacht, from the hotel excursions for $ 60. The juices are decent, the cappuccino is good, canned beer is made from alcohol, red and white packaged wine, several types of cocktails made from real cola, sprite, gin, tequila, vodka. I liked the animation, there were several show programs. There was an Emir tour seller at the hotel, we liked him very much. And we bought two excursions to the flower park and a jeep safari from him. I really liked both excursions, especially safari, and space in general.

A room on the 3rd floor with sea views actually overlooks the outbuildings. The room is clean, but the bathroom needs a major renovation. The noise from the external air conditioning units was very disturbing. The food is modest and monotonous. There are no fries and nuggets for children, no pizza and all that they love on vacation. Alcohol (beer, wine) 2 pcs in hand, drunk - still stand in line. There were times when there were no seats in the restaurant, you had to stand in line. We didn't always have enough beach towels, we also waited for 30 minutes sometimes. The territory is small and not well maintained. There is a sense of some kind of devastation. I liked that there is a disco for adults in the evening. There is a mini disco for children every day. For adults every other day: skirt dancing, belly dancing, fire show. At the same time, wonderful people come to the hotel to relax, and there is a friendly atmosphere among the guests.

The food is delicious, varied, lots of greens, soups, meat, side dishes, salads, desserts. One of the disadvantages is the ruined table tennis, there are few Russian speakers at the reception. The staff is mostly responsive. I am writing a review from the hotel, we arrived on 19.01.2025. The hotel looks beautiful, the territory is well maintained, everything is nearby, the sea, the pool.
We were checked into room 207 on the 2nd floor. The furniture in the room is ancient, there is a damp smell, even the clothes stink. The bathroom plumbing is also old.

The choice of food is very small, there is not much to eat, there is meat stewed or chicken fried or stewed, fish is not tasty. There is no children's menu, you can ask for French fries, but only in the evening. The drinks are good, but I doubt the cleanliness of the glasses. We asked the child to pour water at 23 o'clock, but they refused us. Eviction at 12 o'clock, the bracelet is immediately cut off and they don't let you eat. If you extend the room for $ 10 per hour, they won't give you food and drinks anyway, you have to pay separately. A great hotel for a beach holiday, especially with children. It's not new, of course, but everything is functioning, friendly staff, and the food is quite varied. There is one caveat, there is a functioning mosque nearby, but our Windows looked out on it and at least nothing bothered us, we went swimming during the day, moved forward in the evening with a cultural program and slept until morning "without hind legs"! There is an opportunity to visit all the traditional excursions, and super jeep trips to the desert are just nearby, they are brought here from neighboring emirates. There is plenty of space for children in general - a sandy beach, a gentle shore, there are shells, you can watch and catch crabs, there is an excellent depth-zoned pool, animation in the evening, there is always water and soda in bars (on the beach, by the pool). The hotel is old, the furniture is old, the sofa in the room is stained, the carpet is worn. Mold in the bathroom. The food is delicious, the pool is clean, the beach is nice. Friendly staff, good animation. The dining room drips from the ceiling, the air conditioning system does not work well. The room with a sea view has terrible noise from the air conditioners located on the roof of the dining room. The windows do not open, so there is a persistent smell of dampness in the room.

We had a rest at the end of October 2024. I liked everything. The rooms are clean. Everything you need is there. As for the food, the buffet system, you will not stay hungry. In the evening, you can take a walk. There are a lot of cats on the territory. The only negative is the change of towels. We didn't understand how they were being changed at all. Cleaning takes place at any time of the day. Sometimes the room is cleaned after 19.00.
There is also something to do, yoga, archery, chess, mini golf, table tennis, Playground. It's all free.
About alcohol. 2 types of beer, several cocktails, they are quite strong.
Also juices, sodas and water.
Beach towels can be changed as convenient. The beach is clean, there are enough sunbeds. The pool is cooler than the sea. There is a children's pool.
I recommend it to families with children and lovers of relaxing holidays.

In general, the hotel is normal, we had a good rest.
There are a number of pros and cons that may be fundamental for someone when choosing a hotel:
Advantages:
1. Great big clean beach. No water activities and loud music. Only the sound of the waves and the clear surface of the water.
2. Cool animation. Funny evening shows and I really like water aerobics.
3. Friendly and smiling staff.
4. Delicious healthy food. Yes, it is not monotonous. But we didn't expect more from the budget 4. We had enough of everything. There are no burgers and fries, which is very good.
5. Daily cleaning.
6. Large pool with cool water. The sea was hot, and only in the pool could you refresh yourself.
Cons:
1. These are standard rooms. They check in only at 15 o 'clock . The rooms are very old renovated. Cabinets are difficult to open.
There is no balcony and the windows are closed, which makes the linen dry for 2 days and it gets a little damp in the room. But we had a room on the second floor with a sea view, so it somehow saved the situation.
2. The interior of the restaurant. With the same ancient renovation . You're sitting as if on a country porch, the walls and ceiling are lined with clapboard. Simple dark brown chairs, dim lighting.
But by the way, the hotel is slowly making repairs and updating the rooms.
3. Cats. For children, of course, this is a plus. But there are a lot of them. And it smells like a cat's toilet on the way to the beach, in the evening animation area and everywhere where the grass grows.
Whether I will come here again, no.
Still, these disadvantages are annoying.

I really liked the hotel, if it wasn't for the month of February, when the sea is cold, we felt like walruses, it would be perfect. There is a place to go, many shops, cafes, pharmacies, all within walking distance. There is a mosque nearby, prayers are heard, it is very colorful. The food is excellent, the staff's attitude to everyone is even, and no one is singled out by nationality. The sea is just around the corner, a beautiful beach and lots of free sun loungers. There is a concert every evening. It was a lot of fun!!!

The food is not super diverse, but everything is there and you always get enough, everything is delicious. The staff is helpful. Yellow sand beach, gentle entrance. There are always sun beds, the beach is taken care of.
This hotel has a HUGE disadvantage. There is a bar right next to the reception, not fenced - in which SMOKING is ALLOWED, right inside.....!!! It's terrible. That is, people have nowhere to wait until they pass or stand near the reception -you're suffocating! It's just not possible with children!!! And all this, including near the restaurant... is TERRIBLE

A great family hotel, here you will find everything for a quality holiday! Two cooled pools, three bars with good alcohol, acceptable cuisine, although it is a little boring, the beach is on the first coastline, animation conducts games and sports training at sea and on land, with Vitalik and Early you will find yourself doing all day, houskeeping maintains order in a timely manner!
