I am very dissatisfied with the current service of this particular branch.
2 out of 3 orders were delivered incorrectly with a delay.
The waiters took our chairs when we went out to meet a friend for 2 minutes.
When the order was redone, tea with lemon was brought without adding sugar at all.
There were 5 requests and comments. I wish the waiters a higher level of professionalism.
However, the place and the atmosphere are good, the desserts are delicious! I like this network, but I will not come to this branch!

There are many disadvantages, I'll start with the first one,
1) we sat down on the street, the waiters did not come up for 20 minutes, they sat inside the hall!
2) we sat down at the table, the table was not cleaned, crumbs, streaks of food
3) the chairs were streaked with crumbs
4) dirt on the floor, under the table
5) plus the service- the waiters are polite,
The disadvantage is that there is no specific dress code, some waiters are in tights, in white socks
The institution deserves one star
I have no idea how they got 5 stars, I think Uzbekistan has not developed reviews yet

Ordered for breakfast:
- classic omelet: not salty, slightly greasy.
- pancakes with chicken: one large pancake was served. The pancake itself is no, bland, without salt and sugar. Inside, the filling is normal, not dry: chicken, cheese and sauce.
- caesar is not Caesar at all, this is the vision of Bon chefs, so it is served here (with olives, chicken on a loaf and salad mix), it tastes strange.
In general, I did not like the breakfast, it still makes me feel bad.

My favorite coffee shop in this beautiful residential complex. It is difficult to find good coffee in Uzbekistan. The only thing that makes me a little sad is that lattes/rafs usually always bring a little warm. The desserts are fabulous, especially the royal chocolate cake! The prices are above average, but the service is good, unfortunately, not in the whole network.
