The service leaves much to be desired. We chose a cake, asked them to put it on us, to which we were told: "sit down, the waiter will take the order." They sat for 10 minutes, no one came up until they went to get them. We ordered tea (regular) in addition to a piece of cake. We waited for about 15 more minutes. Is it so difficult to cut a cake and make tea? I'm afraid to imagine how things are with their main dishes in time. After eating, we sat for about half an hour, all this time dirty dishes and used napkins were still on the table, no one itched to clean it all up. All the staff is piling up at the bar. I saw, before me, many people wrote about it too. Why is none of the higher-ups watching this?
