I do not recommend this clinic or an orthodontist to anyone!! Avoid this clinic if you have TMJ problems, as the doctors here don't understand it at all, but they still take patients and then mutilate them. I want to leave a negative review on the BONAMED dental clinic, which I contacted to install aligners after undergoing TMJ treatment. I am writing my review specifically to the orthodontist I was treated with, Assyl Almasovna Dauletbayeva, who installed aligners for me, treated me and did not provide me with the emergency care I needed after installing aligners. On the seventh day, April 15, after the aligners were installed, I had a subluxation of my lower jaw, and I went to the clinic and could not reach the doctor because the clinic did not give her number, although the situation was urgent. They gave us the number a day after my mother wrote to them that she needed urgent help, to which we were told that there was no doctor in the country and she was on vacation and they did not have another orthodontist to help. Prior to the installation of aligners on April 8, at the diagnosis and consultation, we informed the doctor about my diagnosis of TMJ and that I had been undergoing treatment with a gnathologist in Astana for 9 months and the condition of my jaw was completely healthy when I contacted BONAMED. The orthodontist also did not warn me about the complications before the installation, although it was stated in the service contract that I was REQUIRED to be warned about all possible complications that may arise during treatment. The doctor did not try to help in any way during the subluxation situation, which means that she does not understand the problem at all. Instead, I received recommendations from a gnatologist who treated me in Astana earlier. Also, I was not given a contract for the provision of services, since I was alone, the clinic decided to give it to me for now. 05/27/2026 update At the moment I am still trying to find a doctor who will cure these complications that arose after the aligners
