We ordered a barbecue today, with us. They wrapped it in foil and handed it over. They opened it at home-the barbecue is not the first freshness. Cold. Hard, dry-there was no juice from the meat. 2 days of meat for sure. Apparently, it's left over from the weekend. We asked the administrator what the reason was, and the answer was that we bought mutton this morning, a whole carcass, and fried it fresh on purpose today. The meat probably isn't ready with the marinade yet, which is why it's so dry. Interestingly, when we arrived a little earlier than the barbecue was ready, the grill was not working. There were no coals, and the stall itself, which contains meat for frying and where there is a barbecue itself, was dark, there was not even a light. We were regular customers, never a foot away.
