Great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The room was also very clean and spacious. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We asked the hotel to organize a tour guide before we arrived in Yerevan, and it turned out to be the best choice. He was incredibly professional and friendly.

My favorite hotel in the center of Yerevan, i love staying here very much, the stuff are so nice qnd helpfull, the breakfast is delicious. Location is 10 out of 10, very close to all fakous cafes and restorans, Repuplic Squer is for 7minutes far from the hotel, in front of the Hotel there is small park, when you can have a rest, As you can see i can talk about the Boulevard hotel very long, you should go amd try everything yourself.
