I strongly recommend not taking turnkey repairs from this company. Also, don't go on an "expert" instagram like we do. We were wildly disappointed and upset by the quality of the work performed, namely: - electrics. It's a nightmare. During the check-in, the sockets did not work, the shield had to be completely changed, the warm walls and lights were not connected, the lights were blinking, there were empty sockets. We had to call in various specialists and invest a lot of money to redesign the electrics. We were told that the one who did the electrics for us was probably drunk since he gave such a result. - Curved walls, floors. The performer tried to align the walls more than once, but some walls just stupidly could not be fixed. Again, I had to spend money on a bas-relief in order to hide these obvious imperfections. The wall curvature error for cabinets is up to 0.7 cm!!!! As inexperienced people, the contractor did not warn us that there would be problems when ordering built-in furniture. Fortunately, our furniture maker was able to get around it somehow, but there are gaps in all cabinets everywhere now. - The floor is of different heights. The laminate floats all over. We were stupidly handed over an object where the laminate floated heavily near the floor convectors. I had to ask them to redo it again. The areas near the windows were not completely isolated from blowing. As the frost hit, I also had to call specialists, remove the baseboard, and it turned out that the cracks from which the muzzle were not even sealed under it. - The repairs were very dirty, our plumbing units were in terrible condition, despite the fact that no one had ever washed there, but it looked like we took a used bathtub/ shower / toilets. The faucets are all tubed. Look at the seams of the sealant, it's a wild horror. The tiles are cracked, they hid it under the paint. Were the sharp corners left by the tub, or were there toilet flush slots for some reason? Sealed with glue?! (pieces of glue in the photo) - I would like to note separately that even the toilet flushes were flooded: one toilet flushes too much that everything spills out, the second weakly that even basic things cannot be washed away. Our specialists had to remove the toilets, finding glue there - they said that it wasn't even plumbing that was installed... the question of who did it remains a mystery. These are not all the problems, to be honest, I no longer have the strength and ability to describe EVERYTHING in detail, but I think this is enough for the full picture. The guys have a choice of like 3 service packages, we took the average one. If we had been told initially that they would only do well if they paid for premium, then of course we would have chosen it. But then it turns out either through one place or take the most expensive package, it probably works like this. Here is our honest and sad experience with what kind of asshole we had to meet. Unfortunately, it was not possible to identify this in a timely manner, as we stopped by some time after the repair was completed, but we are still encountering troubles. I hope you never have any clients.
