We had a rest at the Broda estate with a large family company on January 23-25. The purpose of our trip to Ostroshitsky Town was skiing in Logoisk, and we chose this wonderful place to stay. I really liked the house. Clean and tidy everywhere. Spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, a huge dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the evening we visited the sauna at the manor. It's very tidy there too. But a pool with cold water for dipping after the steam room (so don't get your kids' hopes up in advance, like we did). There is a barbecue area near the house, which we also enjoyed using despite the amount of snow and frost on our vacation days. And for summer gatherings, there is a nice gazebo next to the barbecue. The host is very pleasant and unobtrusive. All my guests were satisfied with such a comfortable country vacation! We will definitely come back in the summer.

We had a great time. I really liked everything. We rented a wooden house, very cozy, clean, has everything you need. I really liked that there is a dishwasher.The toilets have toilet paper, air freshener. A lot of dishes. Two refrigerators. The sauna is just great, the only thing was that there was a cold pool, but it didn't bother us. The host is very hospitable. We recommend that you relax here.

We had a rest with a group of friends on this estate. I absolutely do not recommend it. The conditions are definitely not 5 stars. There are questions about long-term maintenance (it's definitely time to make cosmetic repairs and change some of the furniture). The owner is not the most pleasant person. He prevented me from resting all the time. He came, tried to bring everyone into conflict, and provoked them. The purpose of these actions is as unclear as possible. He comes, swears, says "you're bothering the neighbors," but he told our neighbors exactly the same thing. Again, the question is why? He stole the time of our bathhouse with swearing. He stole the time of the manor by calling the police (yes, he didn't call us, but they walked through our house for about 3 hours, where the table was set, so what kind of holiday is this?). Overall impressions are negative. When choosing a vacation destination, pay attention to the reviews, we somehow did not think to read them.
