I want to give a review about the work of this institution. I wanted to book a table to celebrate my birthday, booking only by phone through the manager. I called several times two days in a row, but without an answer. I wrote to them on Instagram, they said that maybe the manager is busy and it's worth calling back later, they asked me to leave a number and the manager will call back himself. The result: the number was left, but the manager did not call. Work on the work of booking tables and the work of your employees.

I love Brooklyn! You need to go there to understand everything. You can have a delicious meal in the afternoon and relax with the company in the evening. Salmon steak on white wine. The menu does not say that the fish will be on the substrate, the fish is all in sauce, the lemon is terrible.
Dessert was served first, not the main menu. The sauce should be served separately from the dish.
The price does not match the quality. No money is spared for a good product.

You should be careful with the choice of a place inside: the sofas opposite the stage are arranged in such a way that the bright light of strobe lights can interfere with those who do not like to dance or have returned to relax from the dance floor. We live in Moscow, and a trip to Minsk was planned. On the recommendation of friends, we wanted to visit Brooklyn.
There is only a pre-reservation of tables. It is very problematic to get through to the specified number. Either the calls failed or no one answered the phone. In this regard, I asked for help through the Vkontakte community.
I voiced a problem, a request, and left my contact for feedback. I asked if there is an additional number, a business profile in whatsapp.
And was refused booking assistance. I was given a phone number that I could not reach from Russia. As a result, I had to look for acquaintances through acquaintances who live in Belarus to book a table. It was incredibly convenient. This is the first time we have encountered such indifference and a desire to help guests book a table. Brooklyn's leadership should pay attention to this. And provide for the possibility of online booking for guests of Belarus.

I was not satisfied with the establishment. When there was Madison Royal, it was better.
We celebrated a corporate event with the company, and from the threshold, it was already negative. The receptionist looked at me with a displeased look and asked what kind of pants I was wearing. Like, couldn't you have dressed better? We're a restaurant, actually. At the same time, I was wearing black joggers that looked neutral. First of all, there are other visitors around in jeans, in bikes, and you charge me for my clothes, making an important appearance. Secondly, it is difficult to call this place a restaurant in many ways. The kitchen, the atmosphere, the staff - everything is at the pub level. And going to lebyazhy or the same Dubrov, no one allows me to say anything for my appearance. But this place is not even close to these restaurants. Especially, what I was most shocked about was when this receptionist came out from behind the counter, and she was also wearing jogger pants. Honestly, I really wanted to call a more senior manager and ask what the deal was.
Food. In general, it's fine, but there is no wow effect. The pitch is average. It is not clear why to order an appetizer of rolls with ham and garlic, when there is then a large empty plate with 4 unfortunate rolls on the table.
The music program is good for a corporate event. Live music, presenter. In general, there are no questions here.
Atmosphere. When I was sitting in the hall, I caught the feeling of a canteen by the way the tables are standing and people are sitting. Again, perhaps this layout is exclusively for corporate events. So okay. The interior is well, a large loft-style bar, maybe a semi-clubhouse. Or a hookah bar.
There is a lot of dust behind the illuminated cornices. The dust is hanging down in chunks.
Conclusion.
The place may not be bad. Unfortunately, I did not feel the atmosphere of a good restaurant. Rather, a pub, a hookah bar, or a club with a bouncer at the entrance. The staff needs to work on communication with the client and the service, improve the serving of dishes. I make my assessment after visiting the “restaurant” in a corporate setting and, maybe, during a regular visit, something is different.
Unfortunately, I have no desire to visit this institution again in the company of family or friends.
