A good place , I was vacationing with my friends , and a friend's Long Island cocktail had some kind of bug , a midge was swimming , they called the waiter , he shrugged , we went to the receptionist , she also couldn 't say anything , offered a cocktail for free alone , honestly , if I had come across it in a bottle and I was drunk , I would have demolished the restaurant and I would require a minimum discount on the account of at least 50%. But the finalist was when the wardrobe was taken away , the woman working there was very decently drunk . A friend was looking for a token , she started putting her purse on the wardrobe counter , did not find it , paid her 10 rubles to give her a coat . And when we went outside , I found that there was no wallet , we ran back to the cloakroom attendant , where the wallet was , and she says which wallet there was nothing , we look under the counter from the wardrobe side and the wallet is right at her feet and she says no . She took it off in a special way while a friend was putting on a coat , a thief , a drunkard , a liar , rested from November 4 to November 5 at night .

Firstly, the entrance fee is 10 rubles per person, even if you order a banquet in advance.
The menu is terrible, mostly peppered, most of the dishes ordered were different. I ordered FILLETS!! fish - it was all with bones! not only small bones, but also especially large ones 3-5 cm. And there was nothing to eat (smeared on a huge plate, mostly due to lettuce leaves) and tasteless.
The interior is uncomfortable.
The smoking area is right in the hall behind the bar counters. We had a table right next to it so that the smokers smoked right in the back (seriously!).
The music is live and the background is almost non-exciting, almost one ditz-ditz. There are 2 groups performing. One of them is better - Robin Hood, songs, performance and performance.
The service is at an average level.
She is usually not picky about food, music, or the establishment, but everything is very weak here. It does not pull to the level of a RESTAURANT, rather a pub is a night eatery.
At most 3 stars.

We chose an institution to celebrate a corporate party. I gave 4 stars only for the atmosphere, live music and location. The food was not restaurant food. They ordered Caesar and that the croutons were soaked, the salad was baked, the egg was not quail, but ordinary, the cheese could only be seen under a microscope. Grilled steak with potatoes-the meat is like a sole, the potatoes are burnt. The only more or less set is XXL.

(About fast service, friendliness and politeness, timely cleaning of empty dishes from the table - I am generally silent). At least bring me what I ordered! But today, a combo just happened! We wanted to order rolls and poke, but as we were informed there is nothing from the menu of Panasia! That is, not any individual positions, but nothing at all. (Then why does this menu have a separate card on the tables?!). The waiter asked some guys for the order several times, because she couldn't remember it (two glasses of beer, Carl!), in the end she mixed up the beer anyway and brought the wrong one, included in the final receipt the item that we didn't order...
