We were here on the 1st day of the seasonal opening, the service is 10/10, the girls are incredibly pleasant and polite, the service is fast, the food is also very tasty. Unlike many other places with 250ml aperol for 700 rubles, here it is really big and very well mixed, pina colada fire. They do it not for quantity, but for quality. The menu in Yandex. Maps with current prices, the place is very soulful. I'm editing the review after 2 visits a week after the technical opening: the salads are small, the cocktails have clearly changed (the pina colada has become twice as small), the atmosphere was not very comfortable due to the fact that there were no people, the staff was frankly "firing", but the waitress was very nice and a little nervous. The toilet is nice, but it's weird, and it's impossible to look in the mirror because the roof is tilted. I really liked the place the first time I went there, but after this visit I still had questions. It's still a cool place for Gagra relative to many other establishments, but claiming the "restaurant level", you need to fully comply with it.

My close friend booked this place for her birthday. The deposit was 10tr. On day X: there was nothing to breathe in the hall from cigarette smoke, the extractor hood in the hall was not working, the guests were suffocating from the smoke. People were smoking in the hall, but no one warned us about this fact.… secondly, there were no items on the menu (2 guests ordered an eggplant salad, they were served, and the third guest was refused this salad - they were put on hold). The serving size of the burger for 690 rubles was unpleasantly surprised. It's tiny, but it was cooked for about an hour. Third, the karaoke we were promised was very conditional. After every 5 songs, there was a break of 20 minutes with loud screaming music, which we were not warned about again. The staff (2 girls- they also mixed cocktails and played karaoke songs) clearly could not cope with the number of guests. They obviously did not expect a full seat in the hall- 5 tables. 4. The so-called "cappuccino" promotion was indicated on the front door of the establishment for a mark on Instagram. Made. But they refused. Is it not indicated anywhere that you can come and get coffee only after a day?? 3 guests took a photo, posted it with a mark, the restaurant immediately reposted these photos, but they did not fulfill their promises. It's very ugly. Bottom line: the holiday is ruined, the atmosphere is terrible, the birthday girl is upset.
