Очень сильно зависит от кафедры, есть места где процветает коррупция (экономика), есть где деды-преподаватели уже в маразме (электроника), а есть где ещё действительно учат (машиностроение). Лучше поступать в Москву, битм сильно просел по знаниям

Очень хороший институт, учусь там на первом курсе пока что, но с уверенностью могу сказать, что здесьхороший преподавательский состав и отличное качество образования
