I had a really positive experience with BSB Bank. The staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive they made the process smooth and easy. The waiting time was reasonable, and the branch itself is clean, well organized, and welcoming. As a foreigner, I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was quite easy and straightforward.
